You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwedenAs the apartment is in the middle of the restaurant strip, there is a lot of activity there. When the restaurants are closed, garbage trucks, vans etc. come. It is never quiet and peaceful in the area. When we were there it was very hot in Nice. We lacked air conditioning, so we had to have the windows open, which meant we couldn't shut out the noise from the surroundings. To reach the apartment you have to pass narrow stairs, may be difficult for people with mobility problems. I would also have liked to get two sets of keys, as sometimes we want to go out in separate directions.
Everything worked well. The apartment was clean and nice, we appreciated that there was a washing machine. The hot water in the shower came immediately, no waiting or no hot water. Close to everything.

SerbiaApartment has bad smell which comes from the toilet and open pipes from the closet of the bedroom. It is to hot in the apartment. There is no air condition but when you open the windows it is special story. Apartment is above crowded restaurants which has working hours until 1 AM, then at 4 AM you will hear breaking glass and other thrash. So if you don’t want to feel hot you will not sleep because of the noise.
Very good location. It was near to the beach (5min), near to the center and public transport. It is big apartment.

RomaniaDepending on personal preferences, while the location is very good, it could be extremely noisy being surrounded by restaurants and bars. Difficult to rest during the nights. There was no air conditioning and it was quite hot.
The apartment is basic but clean. The location is amazing being 2 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and right in the heart of the old city center. You have pretty much everything at walking distance around you, including the train station at 10 minutes walking.

RomaniaI didn't like the noise coming from the restaurants everynight, I think some new shutters protecting the windows would help. I didn't like the fact that I was not informed that there was also an inside door in the building to be opened with a key before the main door of the appartement (there were 4 doors and I didn't know wich one to choose at my arrival).
I loved the location, it was in the middle of Nice, right next to the old town and the Papillon parc that is a dream for children with ages beetween 2-8 years. Also it was great that there were 2 separate bedrooms and a fully equiped kitchen. A minimarket 2 minutes walk away. The beach (rock beach - there is no natural sand beach in Nice) 3 minutes walk away. I loved this beach.

The appartment has an excellent location in a pedestrian zone, surrounded by restaurants, small shops and a super market and only a few steps to the beach. You should definitely read the mails that you will receive from your host! Then you will find the keys super easy. (I did not and had to call to solve the problem on the phone - my fault)

BulgariaTHERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONER !IS A TRAGEDY IN 36degrees OUTSIDE TO STAY IN THIS APARTMENT!! the housekeepers were kind enough to bring us fans, but the air cannot be cooled and remains humid and warm, a major inconvenience. The towels were stained and unhygienic. on the photo it is lying with the writing:,,air conditioned" but if it has nothing to do with it, when we reported it to the hosts they told us that in one of their several apartments there is one, so they described it this way.
The location is great! All the restaurants are near and is close to the beach.
