The apartment is on the ground floor and faces the parking lot.

This apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. Everything had its place and everything was provided. The apartment is close to a few shops and cafe in a small town close to Chamonix. A few trails and cable cars are available. The apartment was modern and quiet. The host was very attentive, helpful and responsive.

The outside door key fob was not working when we arrived, but we were able to borrow a key. The clothes dryer takes a long time and is a bit noisy (so plan ahead), but is extremely handy.

This was our favorite place to stay of our entire Europe trip, by far. Fantastic location a few minutes away from the bustle of Chamonix, but still within walking distance, and close to major trailheads and the Les Praz gondola. The apartment is fully furnished, with a beautiful kitchen and large windows with view of the surrounding mountains. The clothes washer/dryer was well used after hiking trips.

Just one very small note that the single beds were slightly small for tall people! Otherwise everything was great

Paul was a great host who gave very clear instructions on how to retrieve the keys and kindly let us leave our bags in the apartment before the official check-in time. The apartment itself was very thoughtfully furnished and is in a great location to access trails and ski lifts when open.

The apartment is just perfect: location, parking, view (on side directly to Mont Blanc), modern design, clean and newly renovated, very well equipped (kitchen fully equipped, cleaning products available, paper towels, washing machine with drying program, warm (the apartement was warmed up so when we first entered it we got an amazing feeling of home), cosy, great host (Thank you so much, Paul!). We just had such a lovely time and I could keep going with the praises and we would give 100 stars if we could 😀.

Only a couple tiny things that would have made it the perfect stay. There wasn't any body wash or shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and while that's not expected, it's really really nice when it's there. Even with a very small load of just workout clothes, we couldn't get the clothes dry in the combo washer/dryer (there's a drying rack so fine if you plan ahead!).

Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, good kitchen for basic cooking, great location - super close to a gondola and more on the outskirts of Chamonix but with a great local market and bar and can still walk to downtown Chamonix within 30 minutes, easy and convenient parking, ski locker, clear instructions to get in, thorough welcome packet with useful information, very responsive host

EVERYTHING so warm and welcoming beautiful location easy to get anywhere in Chamonix! Ski left around the corner. Friendly locals and the host was SO helpful. We’ll be back next year!!!

Nothing. Everything was as we would have wanted.

The apartment was in a great location a short distance from the Flegere gondola and plenty of good local eateries and a few decent bars. The bus stop into town is right outside with regular buses up and down the valley. The apartment is newly decorated and very tastefully done, with a modern feel. The kitchen is well equipped should anyone want to stay home and cook. Paul was an excellent host and answered any questions almost instantly. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the best of both worlds, with Les Praz offering direct access to the Flegere and Brevent ski areas and a short (free) bus ride into the bustling and often lively town of Chamonix.

The customer service was really extraordinary good. Paul helped us in all our problems and requests. He answered immediately and spared no effort to make our stay become an amazing weekend. The house is clean, comfy, warm and it has everything one would need. Also good equipment for the kitchen. The price is absolutely worth it.

the apartment is wonderful and fully furnished with all needed accessories. located near beautiful coffee shop and a little sandwiches and burger place.. there is also a nice outdoor gear shop 100m away and it is 1.5 km from the centre of Chamonix so we found it great!! Paul is very helpful and answered my question in 5 minutes top..
