Shower needs fixing. The water jumps between extremely hot and very cold. The kitchen is full of mini ants that kept coming. There is no personnel around at all; feels more like an AirBnb. Cleaning could be better.

There was nothing not to like.

Great location, huge rooms with a little kitchen area, big bathroom and a balcony. Lots of little extras (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, moisturizer, hair drier, usb sockets, bottled water, outdoor clothes airer etc), 60 second walk to the seafront, shops, bars and restaurants. The room was really clean and well maintained.

Shower needs attention as constantly between boiling hot and freezing cold otherwise no complaints.

Studio apartment was perfect, plenty of storage space which is unusual. Balcony/terrace was amazing and ideal for lounging in the sunshine. Location was superb with lots of restaurants very close by. Beach was a minutes walk and lovely. Check in was easy despite us arriving late in evening, the manager had left clear instructions. Towels were changed daily with coffee replenished. Will definitely book again if visiting Las Palmas in the future.

Few things missing in the kitchen such as a chopping board and no heat in the jacuzzi. However, it was very hot during our stay so this worked out well for us. Thumb lock on the fire escape stairs would have made us feel a bit more secure.

Size of the room was excellent, with a very comfy bed, gorgeous balcony and it was perfect having a car park next to the property. Internet was strong in our room which was great for the fire stick we took with us. Perfect outside space, large fridge.

Alexander and Tony the receptionist were extremely nice and helpful in making us feel welcome and answering our questions. They cleaned the room every day to an exceptional standard and were only a phone call away after hours.

Everything was perfect . The hotel is located 2-3 minutes from the beach. A beautiful beach, with many cafes and restaurants. The hotel is clean and a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff is very kind and friendly.

Bathroom leaky behind toilet and also water from shower meant that stagnant water was just sitting on the floor which was horrible when you need to use the bathroom. Side sea view balcony was too sunny as there is no shade there so we couldn't relax outside.

This is an apartment rather than a hotel so there was no room cleaning, fresh towels or bedding. Access to fresh towels at reception would have been nice. Had to call the owner to supply fresh towels as there was no one on reception for our whole stay. Leaking shower.

Nothing not to like really, everything was as advertised and a little more. Perhaps some instructions on how to operate the room electronics would have been handy, but not really an issue. Getting ready for a bit of a spruce-up, but again, we are being a little picky.

Location of this hotel is excellent, which offered great views of the sea and coastline. Plenty of restaurants within 100m. We stayed in the 'suite' which was perfect, large king bed, open roof terrace with hot-tub, access to a further private terrace, with glass fronted sun room, lougers on a decked terrace. All-in-all we had a fantastic experience.

The dish washer didn’t work this time either. It was broken one year ago, and looked like it hadn’t been working since. Would have expected it to work. Poor kitchen facilities with only two glasses, two forks, two knifes etc.

Everything is fine, but the cleaning of the room was not the best. The kettle was dirty and there was hair left after cleaning. Not very comfortable bed. Not very comfortable bed. The mattress is deformed.

One aspect of the room that I did not particularly enjoy was the fact that it faced another building. In order to maintain privacy, it was necessary to keep the curtains closed.

The hotel's location is excellent and provides good value for money. Although some guests have complained about the absence of reception staff, I don't believe this is a negative aspect that detracts from the overall experience.
