The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful especially the reception staff. The room was excellent and very comfortable. Hotel could nit have been better

The swimming pool doesn’t open until 11am, so no opportunity for an early morning swim, but it was nice to swim in the afternoons.

A really lovely welcome, comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets, great shower & swimming pool. Everywhere was very clean. The roof terrace was a super place to relax after a hard day’s walking. The staff were v organised booking taxis for us. Seville is an interesting place & this hotel is in a good safe location.

I loved everything! It was great location, all the staff were amazing (even at 4am with the 24 hour reception assisting with taxis to the airport). They made the stay amazing. The room had everything we needed and it was overall brilliant. Would recommend and will stay here again if I return to Seville.

A very central location, yet tucked away, making it feel like a hidden gem in the centre of the city. The staff are excellent, with a special mention for Ana, you had a wonderful way of making our stay very special!

The WiFi is a bit more difficult to access than many other hotels but was fine once we figured it out.

Hidden away in a small plaza, the hotel is a short walk to the Cathedral of Seville and other attractions. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of choices. Our room was the best of our entire three week trip. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff could not have been friendlier. Perfect location for attending the Italian Open tennis tournament -- we were able to walk to the venue easily.

The breakfast was great but a tiny criticism would be with the a la carte section. We requested something from the a la carte menu everyday. Twice it took so long that everything else was cold and the third time it didn’t arrive. The staff at breakfast worked so hard and they were always friendly and apologetic but if you are going to offer this to your guests then it needs to be a bit better.

Great location, the staff were so helpful and friendly, particularly when we couldn’t find the hotel by car because of the roadworks. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and an a la carte section which was a bit hit and miss but no big deal. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was noisy, late, outside the hotel on two nights. Pool opening hours were a little restrictive. Would have liked the option of a light duvet for the bed.

We were told we could only be guaranteed a double bed if we upgraded, and then we paid in full on checkin but then had to pay for the upgrade separately on checkout. Cannot see why we weren’t charged in one go.

Pretty expensive, but anyway, it is value for money. Pool area not very interesting, but we didn´t really come for that.

Breakfast was excellent, and being able to join until 11 a.m. was superb. Location of the hotel perfect. Staff awesome. Room was huge and beautifully planned, which was a big plus.

The TV in our room did not have a signal and staff could not address it. But we were not in the room often so declined the offer of a room change, but it was offered immediately.

The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooftop bar and pool is great, a comfortable room and a great location close enough to the sights but situated on a quiet and pretty square away from the crowds. Very close to some lovely authentic Spanish restaurants and tapas bars.

What a fantastic hotel with marvellous service from all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to ensure we had the happiest of stays. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The hotel is in a quiet square yet so well located for all the beautiful sights of Seville. Our room had a lovely view of the trees in the square. Loved Vinci Molviedro, thank you for making our holiday so special.
