If you take breakfast make sure you have plenty of time to finish your meal. You are not allowed to walk out with a fruit and/croissant in your hand. You can take coffee in a to go cup.

The front office lady asked me to pay in advance for all the nights I am staying not when I checked out. It's not normal for a hotel.

Furniture in the room was slightly ‘tired’ on the first sight, but since everything was clean, we stopped noticing that the morning after arrival :) Plus common areas look rather fresh and cosy.

Everything was clean. Location: great compromise of being close both to the metro and the beach. Breakfast was nice: selection/quality and an option to have it on a cosy terrace at the back yard of the hotel. Breakfast welcoming team was very welcoming indeed.

I had two rooms and in both the AC stopped working around 11pm and started working again at 4am. This caused some sleepless night. If you aren’t American you might be ok. If you are American I’d consider the season to stay here again and avoid mid temp seasons. I asked for a fan but never got it. The hotel location is very neighborly but really easy to get to.

The property is nice. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The breakfast is plentiful and quite good. The staff is very nice as well. They did accommodated us for an early arrival which was extremely helpful and nice.

Incredibly noise room: every door that closes/opens sounds like it is your own room. Also had a disturbed night because of the love session at our roomies.

Easily accessible for metro / tram / bus. Liked the perfume in the room and hallways. Bed was very comfortable and made up daily very tight.

Sound insulation is weak. You hear all the neighbours around and people passing through the corridor.

Contemporary hotel. Breakfasts were great! Stuff is friendly and has willingness to help. Clean rooms and water/coffee/bath stuff is being refilled constantly.

The mixed rice with seafood in the restaurant was very, very disappointing (plenty of rice and 8 little pieces of seafood - 80gr in total I estimate- for 2 persons).

Super friendly and helping personnel, at the reception, at the breakfast and for the room maintenance. Excellent breakfast Near metro, seaside and shopping mall.

You could hear everything inside and outside of the bathroom. No washcloths in the bathroom and had only one towel when we arrived. No price list for the drinks in the mini bar.

Price felt on the high end, but I would say that for other hotels in the area, so maybe it is just the supply and demand.

The walls are not very sound proof, so you hear your neighbours, especially if they close their door - it woke me up on two nights. The shower is in a bath, I would prefer a dedicated shower without a tub. Only disappointment was that there are no gym facilities.

Clean rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfasts were great with selections of coffee, Nespresso pods, bean-to-cup machines, and filter coffee.

The walls are a bit thin. If the people next door make noise you hear everything.

The hotel looks good. It is convenient for the CCIB and near a metro stop to go into the centre of town. The breakfast was great: fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, ham, yoghurts etc.

It was modern quiet and roomy , great beds and bedding, good bathroom , big windows and tasteful decor … although out of the centre - the metro was close and only 15 min ride into everything

The hotel was generally very quiet and calm. There was a little bit of noise at night from a neighbouring room as the walls are not entirely soundproof and during the daytime the routine cleaning can be heard. But the positives far outweigh this.

The hotel is in a quiet modern neighbourhood perfectly located for the conference centre and very close to the metro and tram. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good, varied and fresh - again with helpful staff.
