We loved our stay at Veintiuno, the staff were incredible and facilitated our every need. The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby (El Santo was our favourite). Aside from the excellent staff, the rooftop area was our highlight. Lovely pool and lounge area with lots of seating options and an honesty bar. We will definitely be back.

Central location and easy to find from the airport bus service. Lovely historic setting with a variety of bars/restaurants close by, including museums and jazz/music club. Short walk to the commercial shops and other cafes/restaurants in town. Lots of relaxed time spent on the rooftop terrace and pool area.

Everything was lovely the staff, the breakfast, the location and the room ........there was nothing not to like. 😍 The roof top terrace was a fabulous place to relax and chill after a busy day exploring.

The design of the hotel is like a Moroccan Riad, with a courtyard enclosed as an atrium. My room had a window into the courtyard hallway- that was frosted, so no real view- and very little fresh air unless I opened the window to the hallway and heard all the noise there- so it was not ideal/ It was a lovely room, but a room with a window and view was important to me and I did not get that. They do have some rooms with views but not many.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast on the roof was lovely, and it was very close to historic sites.

My only observation relates to the partial frosting of the glass around the bathroom area. It would have been much nicer if the glass were opaque down to ground level.

Fabulous week in this beautiful hotel. Staff were wonderfully friendly and made you feel very welcome. Rooftop terrace with view over the cathedral is just fantastic. Breakfasts were delicious. Hotel is surrounded by character, culture and local bars. Would definitely recommend to others.

Windows in hotel room doesn’t let much light in

Beautiful decor, comfortable and homey feeling. Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Helped with taxi service, recommended restaurants and bars to attend. Breakfast was delicious with savoury and sweet options. First time solo travelling and made me feel very welcome and at ease. Honesty bar great addition!

A kettle or coffee machine in the room would have been great. There is a kettle and coffee machine in reception (but there was no coffee or tea available). A minor point, in an otherwise perfect stay.

I stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday. The hotel is situated in a great location in the centre of the old town, amazing breakfast, wonderful staff. The honesty bar was a great idea, and we loved the rooftop terrace. Room was spotless, quiet and comfortable, and both myself and my fiance (who is a very light sleeper) slept really well. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they helped us with all our enquiries, without being overbearing. We felt very much at home here. Wonderful breakfasts made to order from a good choice of options. They also offer gluten free bread, and have some nice vegetarian choices. The hotel helped us with hiring a car, which was greatly appreciated. The car park recommended by the hotel was a short walk away from the hotel and very secure. We asked at reception, and they issued us with a parking ticket for the days we had the hire car, which was then added to our bill at the end. Liked the modern design and feel of the hotel, while retaining the original character of the historical building. I also liked the hotel's approach to sustainability - we were provided with bottled water each day, but also re-useable water bottles that we could refill from the water container in reception. Close to a number of good restaurants, bars and a large shopping area. We really enjoyed our holiday here.
