Construction on our ends of the villa - noise in the morning. Reception to rooms buggies would sometimes take over 30 mins instead of the stated every 10-15 mins. Beach is a short walk away, not adjacent to the property. Be careful with Sea-view (which is actually partial sea view) and Panoramic view. We got a short end of the deal there. The view and the construction in the morning was a bummer.

It is not something I didn't like, it is just something to keep into consideration when staying in the place. The rooms can happen to be up the hill, which you need to include into your plans.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is one of the most variated ones I've ever seen in an accommodation, you have a big variety of choices for any taste and needs. Had the opportunity to have dinner at the restaurant one night and it was a good quality/price level

Bad location, far from city center and stores. You should take a taxi for commuting.

The only down side was the building work that was going on as our balcony view was the building site and the noise was crazy loud first thing before we left the room to go across to the pool and other facilities

We love the hotel and the staff are very friendly and we are returning customers as we loved it last year.

They have construction on at the moment which we were not made aware of and it woke us up every morning .If you want to get to hotel you will need to walk or get taxi as bus service isn’t on.I didn’t like not being able to feel comfortable to open my curtains as scaffolding was high and workers could see into my room and I didn’t like how the room was not changed when we complained about the noise.

The staff were friendly on arrival and told us a lot about the hotel e.g you can book tennis courts and play mini golf for no extra charge and let us know about opening times of pool and how much it would cost to upgrade to all inclusive.Staff was helpful.Room was clean and tennis court you could book and mini golf was challenging but fun.The evening entertainment was enjoyable had a good variety of activities.

Food wasn't hot enough.

We stayed board only. We went for breakfast each morning which we enjoyed, we did find that the food wasn't very hot which was a shame. We went one evening for an evening meal and was very disappointed.

Top bunk could do with some additional support. In the summer they have issues with taxis in peak season. Drilling and building work near your room, they’re renovating the hotel.

Clean, nice food, lots of activities available for all the family to do. Really enjoyable stay.

No bus service out of season. Restaurant options very limited if not all inclusive. Menu had zero authentic Spanish options. Supermarket not so super...selling tat and not much food or drinks. Quality of Mini golf and pool tables very poor...Building newer rooms but not maintaining existing facilities

Location is lovely but slightly secluded so better off All Inclusive as nothing much nearby with regards to alternative restaurants. On site supermarket is small but reasonable. Taxi to San Antonio is approx €10. Beautiful little cove Cala Gracia is ten minute walk away. Facilities are good, whole hotel was clean, pool areas lovely, ideal for kids. Great value for money.

The only thing I didn’t like is that my room was connected to another room and I could actually hear everything from my room to the next one. Another thing is the parking situation. Not enough parking space.

I liked the location and the staff are friendly and very attentive. The resort in general is very nice with many different facilities. My room was amazing, with a lovely balcony with sea views and it had everything I needed. Also the buggy shuttle service was outstanding and quick to respond at all times

Lovely hotel with great facilities and very family friendly. Staff were fab, especially the animation team - Marco, Daniel, Xavier and the lovely girl whose name I'm not sure of! All inclusive facilities were good and the variety of food was of a high standard for all meals. Jose in the restaurant was amazing and so friendly, always had a big smile on his face. Room was huge with a beautiful view! Would highly recommend and will definitely be looking to go back! It was a little isolated but we weren't looking to go anywhere outside the hotel but taxis were available to go San Antonio (nearest big resort). The resort was hilly but the buggies that were put on resolved that issue for anybody that suffers with mobility issues.

The property is a 30 min walk from San Antonio and the rooms are built on a hill therefore not the most accessible but we didn’t mind this.

The property was very modern and the views of the sea were spectacular! We had a sea view room. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, there was a large selection of good quality food! We also enjoyed reasonably priced cocktails by the pool!

Very bad sound isolation in the room, we could hear neighbours speaking all the time. Also some small ants in the room.

Very nice view. Spacious room with all basic equipment. Good speed internet. Very good breakfast and dinner.

Was out of the way a bit. Took 30 .minutes to walk to the town and marina.. no buses until you got to the bus station which was a hike of 30 minutes to get to,and no bikes to use or hire at the hotel.

Facilities were more than fine...Good value for money...
