You have to walk to park the car, but a smalll concession for staying in the heart of the old town

Central location. Hotel has a touch pad entry system which was very useful to us as we were arriving late into Seville airport, finally arrived at hotel at 23.00 , after picking up hire car. Access to the room was also by touch pad entry. Great use of modern tech !,

We had said we would arrive between 14.00and 15.00. At 14.10 we had still not received the entry code. I rang and was told it would be sent through. At 14.25 I rang again and eventually ended up going to the property to get it in person. The next morning we were woken up by two noisy cleaners. Why not just have someone on reception for peak check in times to let people in? It is very stressful after travelling not to be able to get in and relax. The property is otherwise very nice.

We had a room that was facing the inner courtyard, so it was super noisy. We could hear every person walking up the stairs, felt like they were in our room. Someone came back at 1 AM, they were being loud and disturbing.

The location was ideal, very close proximity to the main attractions and food. Nice building, very easy check in.

Room was small but we knew that, just saying do others are aware. The mattress is an older inner spring sort that bounces around a bit. If your balance is a bit off, stepping out of the claw foot bath would be a bit hard.

Great atmosphere as hotel decorated in a ‘spanish style’. Great view over the always active plaza. Good coffee facilities downstairs. Able to leave our bags until check in. Nice atmosphere. Did really like this place. Would stay again.

We stayed only one night but loved the authenticity of the place. We arrived late in the night and we received all instructions to self check-in as the rooms have a digital locker. There is a charming breakfast corner with tables where you can serve yourself with coffee, tea and water. It is a good alternatief from or to the Seville airport and you get to know the nice Carmona - taxi costs around 40 euros, which is just a 10 euros more than Seville, where accommodation prices are more expensive.

Shower pressure not good. Nowhere in the bathroom to put anything, even in the bath/shower, which means balancing soap on the tap. Bathroom door a very bad fit with one hinge broken, which makes it very, very difficult and noisy to open.

Perfect location overlooking the main (round) square and within walking distance of the whole town. We watched the Semana Santa processions from our windows. Recommend paying extra for a room over the square as others have internal windows. There are lots of great bars and restaurants very nearby - we recommend Cerveceria San Fernando (opposite the hotel), El Tablao and Restaurante de Paco. Fantastic communication pre-arrival, including free parking and a video for finding our room. Comfy bed.

Never saw a single employee. Everything was done via email and Booking.com messages. Admittedly, they did send a video with great instructions. The problem is, if you don't have data or wifi, you don't receive those messages! Which, we did not. Also, the room we were assigned had no room number outside (it was inside the room!), so, the only way to know it was our room was if you watched the video (which we couldn't watch until we got wifi!) It was shaped like an L, separated by a low archway. My husband slept in one room, and I slept in another! It's not a problem, really, just... odd. And probably to be expected in an old building retrofitted into a hotel. If the hotel had put this information in the listing on Booking.com, it would have been less stressful. We could have looked at the instructions earlier in the day when we had access to wifi. Luckily, we speak Spanish, and one of the men working in the restaurant beside the building helped us until we figured it all out.

Quirky, old building on a central plaza. Very attractive building inside, nicely decorated. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We were pleasantly suprised by the smoothness of checking in. The hotel is situated right on the town square, only 100 meters away from the beautiful church, and cute shops and streets to explore. Check-in was automatic via whatsapp and email and went perfectly.

It's a cyber Hotel! Theres no human stuff in the hotel to answer questions, the entry procedure was very confusing and didn't take into account people who didn't have Spanish SIM cards or Wi-Fi on their phones like us.who had driven in from Portugal The architectures nice raditional but the rooms are very difficult to live in. There's no significant shelf or table space even in the bathroom and the shower leaks onto the floor. In summary we'd never stay there again.

The amenities were sparse- old school shampoo in a bag and shower gel.

The hotel is located in the city walls atop a hill on a picturesque tree-shaded square (well - circle actually) with benches- which was full of life with families, elderly couples and teens all hanging out together under the trees on the benches. The view from the room gave a great backdrop. We accessed the room solely through instructions sent to us via WhatsApp- we saw not one staff member. The room has no key only a code that is sent via WhatsApp- but the hosts filmed a clip of what the entrance looks like and how to get from the entrance to the room. The location of the hotel is far from public parking so there is a 5 minute walk with the bags.

Clean, comfortable and Spanish style and big space for our 3 people family. The hotel is very close to the attractions. Next to the hotel, there is a very good restaurant “ Goya” which I had the best tapas tapas in Spain! I didn’t expect to have both, great hotel and good food just next door.
