Only one sheet on the bed was cold at night. Have to pay 10 Euro deposit to use an iron and the same for TV remote. Lots of young people use this hotel so very noisy at night time. The shower leaked a lot of water onto the floor.

The view was lovely, and the location was very close to the airport and beach.

The room was basic, there was no kettle, I was able to get one but I had to pay a deposit for it, same for the tv remote but I didn’t bother getting that as I was informed all the stations were in German. It would have been nice if there was a blanket in the room, while it was hot when I was there, I felt a sheet was just not enough at night time - I’m sure I could have asked for one but I didn’t. You have to pay for the drinks with your dinner, I asked for a coffee one night and was just told I couldn’t have a coffee, so I drank my own water that I had in my bag but was told that I couldn’t do that and was asked to put it away.

The location was fantastic, easy to get around and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. Directly across from the beach, beautiful views from my balcony. The roof top bar with the pool was beautiful, pool was smaller than I expected but the beach is literally across the road so no need for a big pool anyway. The selection of buffet food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Plenty to choose from and tasty.

Very noisy rooms, lots of party people. Don’t recommend if you are looking to relax. However the roof terrace is beautiful.

We were meant to at the Whala Fun hotel but on our arrival they were fully booked. BUT THE STAFF call and paid for us to take actaxis to WhalaBeach so thst was v g especially as it was an upgrade.!

The roon was clean, modern, and pleasant decoration. The bathroom was v large with a huge walk in shower.

Banging doors from midnight to 06:30 not good and neither was the room party next door with very loud music, thumps on the wall the other side of our bed head and zero consideration for those who might be asleep around them. Everyone should have a good time but there is a line. Simply terrible ironing board (like a toy) and iron.

Ocean view great room. Daily room make up with fresh towels-great. Superb breakfast- could not fault. Fantastic front desk staff who helped with the room change.

The walls are quite thin.

The hotel is placed in an amazing location, just next to the prettiest part of the beach. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, also the bus stop to the airport and to Palma town is within a walking distance which is a great advantage. At the reception there’s a contactless withdrawal machine which was so convenient to use!

The room was just underwhelming. There was no hand soap, so we couldn't wash our hands after using the bathroom which was super weird. Also, the website said there was 3 pools, but we only found the 2 outdoor pools (one being a children's pool) so we were very confused. Just an ok place to stay, its fine, but if there is another place with similar rate, I might check out the other place first

The staff was SUPER nice. They helped us find great food recommendations and book a taxi for all of us.

Very cold at night and constant noise of an air-con vent. Earplugs were a must! Additionally it seems to be located in a nocturnal environment, full of bars and night live. Good if you are just going the hotel to sleep but wouldn’t suggest this location for children.

The reception called the police on me because I looked ,, suspicious,, in the meantime they blocked my entry to the room so I couldn’t get in. So I needed to wait for 3hours until the police came at 4am, the police officers obviously just laughed, however the reception didn’t even apologize and then gave me a key to a different room. Moreover they were indifferent that the AC was always blasting with cold air, they came looked at it and didn’t do anything with it.

Our apartment was located on the 9th floor with a terrace where there was an open waste pipe in the corner. The terrible fumes plumed from the pipe all the time.

TV in the room had the Plug cut off it and there was no remote control even if I could plug it in. The room had AC but again no power to the unit and the remote had been removed from the room so you couldn’t control it. There was a nasty sewer smell from the bathroom. Which became more apparent when I was using the hand sink.

I booked an apartment and ended up with a studio. When I visited the available apartments, they were smelly, dark and situated at the backyard of the hotel, so I accepted the studio instead as it was so full of light and had a nice view!

It seems like the floor wasn't cleaned the whole time while we were staying. No hand wash had to use shampoo that was in the shower. Other guests can be quite loud. You can hear everything through the door or balcony, and it needs a little tlc here and there.But the location was really good.Maybe other rooms are better. Who knows...
