The hotel has two elevators, and one of them was out of service most of the times, it’s so common to see guests using the stairs, for instant we were in the 3rd floor and I never used the elevator to go down, it was not optional. Some restaurant staff were rude. The breakfast and oleo dinner could be better

An old fashioned hotel very made for elderly people. Quality of the hotel is very old and need a refresh. Lifts works once in a while ..

The chairs in the dining room and bar areas were very narrow and uncomfortable unless you were very slim. Also the step platform between the bar and roof pool was not good if you had a disability.

All the staff were totally amazing and the rooms were lovely. The location was great and right on the beach. Added bonus were the beach towels, beds and umbrellas included. Breakfast and spa area were very good too.

our “ocean view” room looked directly at a large wall, not the ocean; after some discussion they moved us to a room with an actual (nice) ocean view for the last 2 nights

Elevators were bad , only 2 and one of them most of the time was malfunctioning, break fast not that much.

Location is perfect, staff very helpful, suit was Comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything was perfect- service, food, location. Our room and all hotell very clean. Double classdoors in room to avoid street noise. Personal safe locker in room. Free parking . Amazing spa.

Having to pay for use of a staff! Never seen this anywhere in the world.. It should be part of the hotel's duties to protect guests' property.

A little disaappointed by Las Palmas as a whole. We left it until last on our Gran Canaria tour expecting to spend time in the old town but we found relatively little to see there. One afternoon and we were done.

Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight. Hotel was full, so breakfast at Mac capacity - queuing to get in. Fruit selection was mostly canned.

-Single rooms have a weird lay-out: huge bathroom, long and narrow corridor and tiny bedroom where you hardly have any space to put your suitcase. -Wellness area is in need of urgent renovation; too many loud guests in the wellness area -Food offerings in the bar on the ground floor are far too limited in the evening -Not enough sunbeds in the pool area -Summum restaurant on the top floor is closed. Pity! -Got stuck in the toilets near the pool: doors won't open. Had to shout for someone to come and let me out. -Scent of cannabis when you're out on the balcony in the evenings

Not one thing we didn't like

Stayed for 3 nights. Wish we would of stayed longer! Couldn't fault a single thing about the hotel. Perfect location surrounded by shops and resteraunts. Free spa included. Was a well needed break and came upto are expectations! We will definitely be back.

The hotel were able to offer good gluten free choices at breakfast for one of our group who has coeliac disease in the main restaurant, but choices were very limited for lunching at the terrace bar. However, there is a small Spar right next door that had GF bread and some snacks.

Great location right on a beautiful beach, good hotel facilities, lovely staff who were all very helpful. Great rooftop pool and spa was never too busy even on cloudier days. We were able to find several restaurants nearby that catered for gluten free food and the city streets were all very clean and felt very safe.

Excellent location right on the beach. The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable with a very large bathroom. The rooftop pool was super - as was the gym and sauna. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of food.
