I was disappointed by the light system. The whole space is interconnected and managed by the panel of the bed which isn't practical or bathroom & toilet. Also, once you turn off all the lights, you end up with bright blue light shinning directly to your face. Although, we wanted to eat there as well, the staff in the restaurant wasn't nice to us and unfortunately the menu cannot accommodate people with intolerances so we had o eat elsewhere.

Nice & stylish place, great for exploration of the area. Parking available for hotel guests without extra charge. Small pool & gym as a bonus. Wifi worked without any issues.

The toilet is separated from the shower and there was no place in the shower to hang a towel.

Location was perfect for us since we have a car, and they provide free parking. There is a shopping mall within walking distance. We like the smart TV and Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Outside was also nice with garden and swimming pool.

Although tea,coffee facilities were advertised as available in the room this was only enough for the first night.We were told it was only a welcoming gesture which was disappointing for the rest of out stay.

The room was pleasant with easy access to everything and very clean.Free parking was a big bonus.

The rooms are well disigned. The facilities are clean. Good food at the restaurant. I liked the fact that you have an indoor and an outdoor pool. The front desk staff was also very welcoming.

If you wanted to walk to the town you would have walked 45 minutes but it’s a quiet location so you will find your rest.

It was ferry eco friendly and it looked nice the room.

Great value. I usually stay there when visiting our Sant Cugat offices. It has very clean, modern and spacious rooms. Great breakfast. It has a shopping mall nearby, where you can find several places to eat (mostly fast food)

The gentleman at the breakfast. He was impolite, always gave us the feeling we were disturbing his routine. He opened the breakfast late and became defensive about a comment and he wanted the breakfast room to be cleaned up by 9:30. That was utterly inacceptable! Also, for a business hotel, breakfast should really start at 6:00 or 6:30, 7:00 is too late and puts pressure on you. When you leave the reception and walk towards the room on the ground floor, there was always a smell of sewage which was a bit uncomfortable.

Everybody at the hotel, at the reception, at the restaurant, at the event space, delivered exceptional service (except the gentleman responsible for breakfast, see below). They were extremely helpful and customer oriented and bent over backwards to give us the best experience! For example, I gave a blouse to the laundry and said it would suffice to have it back 2 days later – it was done within hours. My colleague is a celiac, they always made sure her gluten-free bread came freshly toasted when we sat down. The employees taking care of us during our workshops were very caring and prepared a gluten-free menu for her during lunch. Everybody displayed genuine interest and friendliness and there was a lot of laughing.

We stayed twice on the way to Aix Provence and on the way back, each time the cooked breakfast was cold.Told reception on leaving, just a scrug.2nd time said we can warm up in the microwave.Told them scrambled eggs would be awful reheated in microwave .Dinner each time though was exceptional

You could hear the road traffic from our room, but that was our room location. It didn’t keep us awake. The kitchen could be stocked better, but when I mentioned it they said they’d bring me any dishes I needed.

It was like an oasis in a busy area. They really planned it well with a beautiful terrace outside, nice bar area and lovely restaurant . It looked and felt like we were in Tuscany. Great music playing on the terrace also. Very mellow. The meals we had were very good, all the staff very friendly. We had a junior suite which gave us a lot of room to move around plus a small kitchen. The huge bed was very comfortable and the shower was great! Joan and Rashida were so friendly and helpful and spoke good English to us.
