United KingdomIt was a little clinical, and lacked atmosphere, it would have been nice to have had the choice to enjoy our evening meal outside on the terrace but unfortunately wasn’t allowed, so even though we booked half board we ate out most nights.
The location was exceptional.

CanadaThe room was very basic - no decorations on the walls and very small .Walls were thin .We had one of the side rooms with partial sea view . However it was clean😃
Very nice entrance to the hotel and very friendly staff at reception and bar .The bar has a nice inside area with books , magazines and tv and outside terrace looking out onto the mop beach and waterfront promenade , very clean washrooms . Dinner had a lot of variety , great staff as well in the dining room .Location was close to the airport which is why we stayed there as we had an early morning flight . We had to leave before the buffet breakfast was served but they provided us with a takeout breakfast which we had to eat on the property before we left which was very kind .The front desk staff was also great in ordering taxis for quite a few groups at 5:30 am There is a small roof top patio which had sun chairs and an amazing view of the bay and fabulous sunset !

United KingdomThe classic hotel shower situation - variable temperatures so went from hot to cold to too hot.
Location was very good - close to the airport, right on the beach, frequent buses into Palma and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. There is a nice roof terrace at the top of the hotel where you can enjoy the sunshine and a jacuzzi, plus there seemed to be excellent facilities for cyclists. I also appreciated the luggage room.

United KingdomWe had a terrible smell in the bathroom. We needed up putting a towel over the plug hole and it stopped the smell from coming up. We did tell the cleaner and she put some bleach down. Stopped it for a couple of hours but when we came back from tea it was smelling again.

United KingdomMy only comment refers to the shower: it was difficult to get the temperature right and consistent. I think the hotel could save money by reducing the temperature of the hot water and even the pressure. The hot could be very hot.
I booked this for two nights without any expectations and was happily surprised by the experience. The location is right on the beach, the breakfast buffet seemed to have everything, and all the staff were very pleasant. The receptionist was friendly and helpful which gave a lovely first impression (they’re not all like that!). I also liked the fact that it was not a place for children. After the flight over I had no desire to hear any more screams and tantrums.
