Shower could have been a little bigger, but worked well

beautifully furnished, with a lot of charm and attention to detail. The staff was super friendly and gave us good tips. Also positive: coffee all day and the croissants and sweet pastries left over from breakfast for free

The first night we were there was quite noisy from people in the street below but the following four nights were quiet. Sound does carry, at least for the rooms with a balcony, so it may be more or less noisy depending on the time of year/number of people in the streets. I liked the church bells, but they are omnipresent and may be an issue for some people. There were a fair number of tour groups in the area even late in the season.

Warm, welcoming staff. Excellent suggestions about where to eat, walks, sights to see. Breakfasts were very good, and having a fruit bowl, snacks, and tea available throughout the day was lovely. Bed was comfortable, as was the room generally. Location is in the old town, close to many sights, restaurants.

A very pleasant welcome by the receptionist after a tiring day. The bed was extremely comfortable. The linen and towels were excellent aswell.

Partner struggled to sleep with church bells but settled with ear-plugs. I loved them as added to the authentic experience.

Loved the beauty and cultural experience of old town Girona. Room was characterful with comfortable bed and lovely cotton sheeting. Nice to have a balcony from which one could assess the goings on in the street below.

I had the most amazing experience staying in Pensió Bellmirall. IT was like a home from home. The owner and Margarita were so welcoming, kind and like a family for the days that I stayed there. I will be back soon!! The location in the old town is superb, within waling distance of everything!

The room we got was a bit small, with a tiny (but fully functional) en suite.

A charming guesthouse in the most historic part of Girona, located in a building that dates from the 14th century, according to its owner. He helpfully recommended places to visit in the vicinity, including the Museu d'Art in the former bishop's palace, the Antiga Caserna dels Alemanys and the Torre del Llamp on the old city walls. Continental breakfast was also good and served as late as 11am.

It was a little difficult to get to since parts of the historic town do not accommodate cars. We had to walk quite a bit and climb stairs with our suitcases. Just something to be aware of.

Beautiful building in the historic part of town. Very quit location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of foods including fresh orange juice. We loved the place and location.

Location in Girona Old Town was excellant - the view from my window in the morning transported me into another era with beautiful stone facade on buildings and cobbled street. I was very pleased with extra large double bed, quality mattress and linen with exceptional breakfast multi choice with healthy options.
