Stayed here last year, so stayed again in April. Very nice place. However, would have liked to be told that some building was taking place opposite our balcony. Aldi was being built very near the hotel. Very noisy. Would have preferred an apartment on other side of hotel. Would have been nice to be offered one. Very little entertainment in this hotel and a distance from sea.

The only critic would be the hygienic supplies in the room. Sorry, but 10 ml of shampoo and showergel per person for 5(!) days is not normal. As I understood they expect you to bring your own shampoo and shower gel, but we were not prepared for that.

Everything was great, the hotel obviously is in good hands! The stuff is super friendly. They also have a big pool (actually even 2), that is very pretty. The rooms look great and comfy to be in. Also you can play tennis and minigolf, and it is not so “party” as the nearby hotel. They also provide the free bus to the beach and back. This hotel was a part of our big journey, and we were not disappointed.)

Kids pool with slide was closed for renovation. It would have been better if they have outdoor kids play area with swings and slides. We saw many kids while staying here, and the only recreation for then were the pool or the playroom downstairs with pingpong tables and paid arcade. There is mini golf outside.

Pool was good but cold. We visited in May. We used the free laundry facility, and the front desk staff and friendly and extremely helpful.

The pools were closed only the main one was open I understand it there was refurbishing which was fine. The big pool was ok but having kids this would have been nice

The location! Didn’t realise it was up a hill and without a car it is impossible to walk it in the heat you get in GC. Spent too much money on taxi. Wouldn’t my recommend if you are planning to stay out most of the time.

The hotel itself is a beautiful resort with a supermarket right next to it. Nice pool, always helpful staff!

The location is a bit outside from the city center, but reachable in 5-10min by taxi.

Property was gorgeous, the room very spacious, and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Pool area and the view from balcony were superb.

We Loved our villa. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful. Can't understand how it's not a four starr Hotel. Huge grounds and loads of sun loungers.

The property is really nice, there are a lot of facilities. I was really happy that even if our flight was in the evening we had where to leave our bags and also they offered us a room where we took a shower and prepared for the flight. We really appreciate that. Very nice staff and helpful. I will recommend this property.

Friendly staff, very nice room with a kitchen and a big balcony. We stayed in a villa and had room cleaning every day, fresh towels for the swimming pool. Also, big swimming pools with warm water, poolside bar. The whole territory was very green, lots of palms, all sorts of vegetation - felt like we're in paradise. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, the palm trees 🌴, the pool (the heated one 😝), the atmosphere of the whole place and the STAFF!!! Especially Sonia (reception) was sooooo nice and helpful and the maids were amazing too (Irina is the best!!!). Thank you for everything, Palm Oasis! We’ll go back for sure. 😎☀️🌴☀️🌊

The buffets. We only went to the restaurant twice (one dinner/one breakfast) and it wasn't amazing tbh. I would actually recommend the ala carte instead. That was delicious.

Great hotel! I would definitely recommend it. It was a big place, but the way the villas were located, made it seem more intimate and gave it a 'village vibe'. Lots of sunbeds and great pools. Could've wanted a bit more from the kiddy pool. We used our kitchen every day and loved it. Lot's of grocery shopping in the area, so I would definitely choose that over all inclusive. Great balcony with a view over the ocean.
