We love this hotel, we stay a couple of times a year for 2 or 3 days each. The hotel is close to the airport , the shuttle is always prompt , the front desk staff are professional and friendly , the room is always clean and comfortable and we really enjoy the restaurant. What’s not too love !

Breakfast hours felt a little late for a hotel close to the airport (starts at 7 AM). Not sure if they have options for people with very early flights. Bathroom has a make-up table, but not any lights to illuminate your face, plus the make-up mirror is on another end, next to the sink. Bathroom sink was very dirty, not sure if they were rests of food after people brush their teeth, but they were very visible.

Huge room, very spacious and helpful to pack our luggage. Close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive. There's a subway station about a 10-minute walk from the hotel as well. They offer private parking at a 17 EUR cost per day, however they also advised us that the street parking was available, with no parking meter or hour restrictions. Great overhead shower, walk-in cabin, great space and able to open a window to let the steam out. Comfortable bed, pillows were OK, which is an improvement over other hotels. Has a luggage balance at the cost of 1 EUR (only coins accepted), however it's extremely accurate. Light switches had the option to turn on specific ones, all of them or turn off all at once, easy to use.

The property was clean and quiet. It was close to the Madrid airport and the complimentary airport shuttle was an added value. The breakfast buffet provided a nice variety of options. It was also close to the metro for easy access into the city. There were a few dining options within the surrounding area although it is primarily residential.

We arrived late, around 02:00 am and they were expecting us. The room was huge, very comfortable and very clean. The hotel is about 5mins with an uber away from the airport and it cost us 12 euros to get there considering the late hour. There were blackout curtains and the room temp was perfect for much needed rest. They allowed us to check out at 13:00, one hour later with no fee. The neighbourhood is great, green and seemed save plus the subway station is a few minutes away walking which takes you directly to the city centre. Although we had already checked out we could store our luggage for free and use the provided shuttle service to get back to the airport. Really convenient for travellers looking for some rest between flights and also for a longer stay. The restaurant terrace was really cool. All types of amenities were provided. We recommend highly!

The mattress was a bit soft for me but suffer from back issues

The property was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle service which was very convenient, but it was also close to the subway and was a 30 minute ride into the heart of Madrid. The room was clean and accommodated 3 of us, a restaurant and bakery were close by. The property had a nice restaurant and pool on premises. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I really didn't dislike anything at this hotel.

The room was spacious and tastefully appointed. The bathroom was also spacious, clean and tastefully appointed with all necessary toiletries. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. It was modern and had everything necessary for comfort. It was in a quiet area. We really appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the airport.

You provided free coffee in the room, but your coffee is instant, no cuttle for hot water, and your coffee machine in the room used coffee pods not provided it so impossible to have a coffee.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel other than the restaurant shut at 11 and our flight was late arriving so we couldn’t get any food but apart from that it was a very nice hotel

The front desks staff was very nice but I asked to restaurant if I can get spoon and knife to have yoghurt and some fruits which I bought from supermarket, they just said no. So I ordered room service a hamburger and the food was not good at all.

The restaurant had a very limited menus for dinner, only a la carta services. My wife and I wanted to have a sandwich but they did not have that option
