It is such a lovely property in a beautiful location amongst vineyards. We love the swimming pool, the friendly and welcoming proprietors, the donkeys, the truly amazing dinner and breakfast.

We had a lovely two night stay as a family. Our toddler loved the farm, pool and games. The team were very attentive and accomodating, with a delicious set menu for dinner and buffet breakfast. They also catered for my vegan diet. We endulged in a lot of the local wines available and were able to walk to the town from the property.

Masia Can Canyes is a charming and cozy farmhouse. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the vineyards and Montserrat. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

It’s quiet and not that far from the city, a little over 30 minutes away from Barcelona center by car. If you are looking for something to do in a countryside, this is it. We availed spa and massage, dinner and breakfast, and everything was excellent. Even the room was fantastic. Spacious and clean. Our room was La Montserrat (double bed, garden view, bathtub, with sofa). They have farm animals, trampoline, toys for kids. They were growing vegetables (i think), plants, and flowers. Outdoor pool was freezing cold (of course, we went not peak season of winter), but we still dipped in the cold. Staff were ALL so friendly, helpful, and answers all your inquiries. Thank you, thank you!🩷 Food was amazing. Compliments to the chef. Dinner in an old cellar was a lovely touch, definitely the highlight of the evening. You could choose your dinner and should tell them in advance. This masia lodges few guests which means you can have the farmhouse all to yourselves, which we preferred. Quiet, stress-free, relaxing. Would be amazing if we went during summer or spring. We can always go back, though. Spa and massage — so relaxing! They have jacuzzi, sauna with vapor, sauna (normal/dry), and cold shower. For the massage, it was kinda light and gentle. We availed 30-min massage and feel like an hour and so relaxing, no one’s complaining. Complete toiletries. Gave us bathrobe and slippers for the spa. Can ask for taxi. From all Masia Can Canyes staff, thank you so much!!!

Excellent breakfast to begin the day and then an incredible dinner to end it in the former wine cellar. Owners Valeri and Clara are outstanding hosts with so much info about the region and their incredible farm/villa/hotel. It dates back in Valeri's family to 1712 and has been renovated to impeccable modern yet historic condition. Truly a 10. And we would be amiss not to thank Juan on his incredible service and recommendations nightly for dinner. He has a great sense of humor too. Thank you one and all.

I never give a 10-rating for a hotel, but this one deserves it. It is a beautifully renovated and modernized country estate surrounded by vineyards. The location may not be for everyone, because there is not much in the area, but if you want to enjoy a quiet place, disconnected from the rest of the world, then this is it. They offer only breakfast and dinner, but the food is excellent and the service friendly. The room, pool and grounds were immaculately clean and comfortable, the view from our room was great.

Everything was excellent. All of the people working there were extremely friendly and caring, and made sure our stay was extraordinary. It is a super family friendly hotel with all the amenities one could want. There is a swimming pool, toys, animals to keep kids entertained. Great dinner options, including a massive selection of wines. It is also nicely located where you can reach Barcelona, Sitges, Montserrat in 30-40mins by car, while the hotel itself is in the perfectly quite location, within 10min walk from a few grocery stores if necessary.

Nothing really. If I had to say 1 thing: we stayed on a warm summer day and the temperature in the restaurant was a bit low (airco)

Pleasant historic finca like house with a few spacious rooms, each different, and a personal and friendly communication of the owners. We (with our 2 children of 14 & 16) were arriving late and they send us their menu to choose from (some of us vegetarian) and we had a good dinner in their small restaurant, decorated with old wine barrels. Quick and clear communication (phone/email/whattsapp). Beautiful surroundings, small pool, well kept property, private parking, close to Barcelona (40 min. by car) but in a very tranquil area. Would like to return for a few more days, highly recommend. They are planning to install a charger for electric cars.

Awesome place - good sleeping experience (I hate Spanish pillows, so here was lots of them and different types), nice view, very friendly staff, location. Actually, it is a pity, that we stayed so little. This place is an experience, not just a hotel. The old winery, an interesting vibe, take a dinner, some wine, and just go with the flow.

We would like to stay longer

Wonderful and charming old traditional catalan house with lot of character and history, that ticks all the boxes ;10 in location, surroundings and views, 10 in how the house has been rebuild and decorated, 10 in breakfast ( don't miss the "tortilla de patatas" :) & dinner, 10 in comfortables beds, 10 pool area, 10 in cleanning ...and far beyond an amazing and friendly service. Thanks Valeri, Sara, Juan, Montse and Clara for such a nice experience. We will be back!

Absolutely everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room (and property in general) was beautiful, and the town and its people were fabulous. The food was delicious, the history of the property was intriguing, and the pool was perfect. We hope to be back someday.
