I could not come early and leave my luggage. Check in time was 3pm but it was not ready until 3.30 as the cleaner was still there working when I arrived at 3pm..

There is lots of noises that you can hear coming from other apartments in the building, some even in the middle of night. On weekends also from the outside. The unpleasant smell in the bathroom doesn't go away. One of the appliances, the electric built-in grill, didn't work, so we couldn't make pizzas etc. (we notified the management but noting happened). The shower leaks a lot of water unless you are extremely careful. The leaking caused severe damage to the bathroom door that stayed unfixed. Obviously they've been ignoring this problem for a long time.

This apartment in well located minutes away from restaurants, historic center, public transportation. It's well suited for a longer stay for two people but you better bring your own bathroom supplies as you only get enough toilet paper, shampoo, soap for 2-3 days. The management replies quickly (within a few hours) on any questions. Out plane arrived before noon and they allowed us to check-in early, which we appreciated a lot. Overall, we enjoyed our week and a half stay there!

A bit basic. The internet only worked in the sitting room (even then sometimes it cut out), so watching Netflix in the other rooms is not possible. The sofa is quite old. I didn't like the cleaners turning up without warning, they would just walk into the flat without knocking.

After arriving at the apartment late in the evening, the following morning we had an unpleasant situation, because the toilet was clogged so much that we couldn't go out without a pump to fix it. and unfortunately we had to do it. also the smell in the bathroom is eerie, the sewage stinks. sound insulation is very poor, you can hear every step of the neighbor

There were no extra blankets in the wardrobe - this is the only thing I think they could have improved on. Spare blankets prevent guests from being uncomfortable / not enjoying their stay through being cold.

The location is excellent - right next to plaza de la merced and centro historic. Easy to find from the plaza. The apartment was very clean, spacious enough for two, and quite comfortable. It seemed like the instructions to get in were fairly complex but actually, it was easy, with no problems. The internet code wasn't working and I got in touch with Let Malaga on whatsapp & they sent us the correct one immediately, which was good. Also, I was a little nervous about having to put a 150 deposit on the apartment but I got this back within 2 days of leaving, so this was great.

Everything is done through messages and codes. We didn't see anyone or had cleaning during 6 day stay. The apartment need some repairs and there is a mould problem as well. I never had to pay a deposit upon booking and there is no inventory either. Very noisy neighbours

There is a lack of isolation between the apartments in the building making it extremely noisy, you can litterally - and loudly - hear the neighbours snoring, pillow-talk and whatever else going on in the bedroom next door! And people stomping around with shoes/high heels upstairs between rooms. There are no noise from the street to speak of, but if you are a light sleeper or easily annoyed by hearing every move from other guests in the building this is not a recommended accommodation. The worst thing, however, is the horrible smell in both bathroom and kitchen area (in the living room). Bathroom drains smell like a sewer (you know the stink) - there is black mold behind the waterheater and bathroom door is “rotting” from the bottom due to shower door not keeping the water out (even with the very low water pressure in the shower). I the kitchen there were a weird “sweet” smell of, I don,t know dead animal, rotting fish or some other food gone bad in the fridge (or maybe lying behind it). It made me not want to cook any meals during my week-long stay - so bread and yoghurt and beverages only. Note that these issues are NOT a cleaning problem - the apartment was nicely cleaned and towels/bed linnen clean. But the building is in urgent need of professional maintenance on drains, sewer (plumbing work) and also a paint job, interior is as the photos, only they must be from when new and everything is getting a bit of a worn down look and feel - sofabed sliding apart from being slept/sat on for years. Oh, and forget about the TV. It does not have one single international channel (US, UK, Italian, German, French - nothing!) Everything is in Spanish only - you can try bringing a chromecast or AppleTV, but not sure if it will work (HDMI are available).

Great location near the historical city center with everything in walkning distance. Comfortable bed and good storage for clothes in the bedroom - I like that the outside shutters can make it completely dark, no city lights through curtains. Good supermarked across the street.

The neighbours were partying during the 2 nights of our stay and we couldn't sleep.

The location is great, close to everything in the city centre, the flat is big and clean and it has everything you need.

Three bulbs didn’t work! We told it, but the never change the bulbs. We booked an apartment with a terrace. But the terrace was closed. We told it to the hosts. After 6 days they opened the terrace! 😣

The main problem was the bathroom and the TV set. During my stay some cockroaches appeared from the bathroom drain and the TV was terrible. During the night i wanted to watch something, but it only had the open tv. There was no option for channels other than those with inappropriate content.

The apartment had all the utensils and equipment necessary for the period of my stay. The place was clean and extremely well ordered. Practically like the photos and the ad. It was a great place for Holy Week due to its location.

Not much to dislike, couple of bottles of water on arrival wouldn’t go a miss but there is a shop outside.

Nice apartment in a great location. Facilities were good and the terrace was nice. Easy check in and no keys required throughout the stay which is a bonus. Staff were very helpful and replied quick.
