The rooms facing the street were quite noisy so best to request a quiet room away from the street when booking. Entrance not very well signed outside.

Room door opens into a large hallway that is also the reception, and with little-to-no sound insulation you can hear anything going on with reception. Especially loud in the mornings during check in.

Very clean and comfortable room, external bathroom right across which felt personal as I never had to wait for someone else in order to use it. Big bright window and good beds, excellent location just of the Gran Via into Chueca with easy access to Metro and suburban rain for both major stations.

The bathrooms are nice but as they are shared they and a bath mat is only provided in one of the bathrooms the floors get very wet. There’s also no hook to hang your towels on in the bathroom or place to put your clothes whilst you shower.

The hotel is right in the centre of Madrid, with great access to everything you need and the metro. It’s right between two really cool neighbourhoods that have excellent food and really give you a good feel for Barcelona. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were nice.

The room is relatively small, but the environment is clean and hygienic, the bed is comfortable, the location is very good, in the city center, most of the attractions are within walking distance, eating and shopping is very convenient, the staff is very friendly.

In our room there were no windows. The shared bathroom wasn't always clean, the problem is some irresponsible guests not the management, but maybe they should increase round-the-clock cleaning.

The location, two minutes from Gran Via subway station, and the neighborhood is great.

There is a window above the doors so you get a flash of light anytime someone moves in the hallway at night. Not the greatest for someone with jet lag.

Noise. The walls are a bit thin so if guests are coming in late at night it can wake you up, but it was just one night. Not too bad.

Central Location, very close to main attractions and monuments. We did everything by walking. There are metro stations in Front, Gran Vía station is right in front. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean, change of towels every day. Great cost benefit.

Of course a private bathroom would have been better but there were three bathrooms shared between 8 rooms so we never had to wait. The sign was not visible from street level so we walked past before realising what door we needed to enter.

Gorgeous room very highly furnished for the price. The balcony was such a treat too! The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
