We had a lovely room with an amazing view day and night. Great location and many cafes and restaurants to choose from. The reception staff were very helpful. Special mention for Alicia at reception.

A bit noisy due to many guests visiting the adjacent top floor terrace, but not a big deal for us.

Perfect location in the city centre. You can easily walk almost everywhere from Plaza Bib-Rambla. We absolutely loved the views of Cathedral, Alhambra, and Sierra Nevada from our room on the top floor. Absolutely stunning! The staff was super friendly, helpful and kind. We felt really welcomed here. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was really comfy. We enjoyed our breakfast very much, great variety of choices.

Nothing really. Maybe the breakfast was on the pricier side, but it had everything we needed.

The room was spacious and bright with a great view of the Cathedral. The location was perfect. There are many restaurants and supermarkets right next to the hotel. There is also a nice terrace on the 5th floor. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

It would be nice if the shower had a holder to keep some personal items in it. It was quite inconvenient.

The location in Plaza de Bib-Rambla was excellent, within walking distance of most everything we want to see and amazing restaurants right in the plaza itself. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room and bathroom were large and comfortable.

The blow dryer. No fridge. Also had to air out the room a few times because there was a stale odor.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location in Plaza Bib Ramblas with views over the square ,Alhambra, the cathedral and the Sierra Nevada mountains beyond. The room was spacious, the double bed large and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The staff were helpful when needed but otherwise unobtrusive. If we were visiting Granada again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Central location. Staff extremely helpful. Booked taxis for us and advised taxi number and pick up location. Gave us a street map highlighting all places of interest. Room clean and very comfortable. Would recommend.

We liked every thing

The staff went up and beyond their duty to help us out of a very difficult situation. I lost my passport credit cars along with my phone They helped me get through this and had me on the road to enjoy the restroom of our vacation.. I cannot say enough about the staff Michael Joseph and Myka not sure if I spelled her name correctly.

Very noisy: you could hear everything in the corridor but also there was a vent that was working the whole night outside the window (I stayed in two different rooms and I always heard it). Lastly, the bathroom of one room was a bit smelly.

I regret I couldn’t spend one or two more days there

s the best three stars hotel I’ve ever been. It values every cent spent there. Room comfort and decoration (matching the monuments around), staff gentleness and efficiency and location is all amazing. Don’t miss it if you can afford.

Literally nothing.

Super friendly staff, who kindly allocated us the most glorious and peaceful room, with views of the Alhambra and cathedral. We were there one night only, sadly, and (of course!) plan a return visit. Unquestionably recommended. Thank you to the fabulous and friendly team.
