Grumpy house keeper. Super small room. No towel hook outside shower room. The towel rack is too far away. Non adjustable shower holder. Extra toiletries holders/rack would be nice in the shower area. Some bright lights from a room nearby, quite glaring at night.

Great location. Daily housekeeping. ( Did not expect it as housekeeper kept reminding us that it is a hostel). Comfortable firm mattress & pillows.

The rooms were very small and we were sleeping on a ranch.

I like that it was in the middle of everything where I wanted to go. It was very clean , every day they were cleaning our room. Also, at last, they kept our luggage in the warehouse so as to wander around until we leave for airport.

It was on the smaller side, fine if you don’t have much bags, but we are travelling for 6 weeks, so was abit of an effort to carry 2 suitcases up the stairs and the room was quite small

The location is great - it’s close to La Rambla and there are nice restaurants and shops on the street itself. The room is simple but everything is very clean. The hostess is friendly and the beds were made up every day which is a nice touch.

The Wi-Fi did not work in the room, I had to go to the corridor/communal area.

The room was small (but the room rate I paid was inexpensive). It was fine for one night. The staff very nice and helpful. Location fantastic.

The room I was in (204) is very small, I could nearly touch both sides of the bedroom. The A/C doesn't seem to be working, and the mattress is very thin, only one pillow provided. It said there was WIFI but it was barely working most of the time, the only socket I could find to charge my phone was above the desk, not near the bed unfortunately. Extremely thin walls, you can hear your neighbour cough, or them playing videos on their phone.

It was very clean, and a daily room cleaning service took place, fresh towels etc. I think it's a good place to stay for a night or two, if ur on a budget, but for anything longer, I'd recommend somewhere else.... Prime location, however if that's ur main interest.

It was in the perfect location and astounding value for money being in the centre of Barcelona. The room was clean and comfortable and the lady cleaned daily. Lovely view over the street.

Location is awesome! You don't have to share the bathrooms with that many people and they were cleaned multiple times a day! Our rooms were also serviced with fresh towels daily

Soundproofing wasn't that good but nothing that would interfere with sleeping well.

The room and bathroom were exactly as described, both are simple but very clean. As our flight was late night, they kindly stored our bags after check out.

Disappointed, my booking was for 2 ppl and I was in a room with a single bed. I was also told one flight of stairs and there were several though I was able to leave my case in storage and not take it up.

The location of the Hostal was perfect, quiet for being in the heart of town. Close to walking tours it was it a great location.

There is not access to a kitchen to have drinkable water or tap water. They should add a facility to fill up drink bottles. The curtains were see through and the outside lighting is on the whole night.
