Cleanliness could have been better. Wifi speed was really bad. And some websites are being blocked which are not supposed to be like this website was blocked by network filter from the hotel wi fi https://www.krishnafestival.be/

The hotel met all the expectations. Animacion team of Crazy and Raul and the team did wonderful job with all the fun and entertainment activities. Location is just 10 min walk from the beach. Supermarkets are near by. Parking along the road are accessible and available.

As we had a family room a double and 2 single beds would have been preferred but we were ok to all share.

Came here 15yrs ago as a couple and returned as the hotel has been refurbished and wow what a Beautiful looking hotel, modern and very clean our rooms were made everyday the hotel was spot less. The entertainment throughout the day and staff were so good with both adults and kids with plenty going on. Julio and Laia particularly great. Food always plenty and choice was good we stayed half board and arrived late on our first night which the hotel moved us to lunch on our last day without being asked. Fresh omelettes, pancakes and fried eggs at breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast choice (even English sausages some mornings) evenings chefs cooked fresh meats to your preference. Some queuing at breakfast on busy days but the staff work fast to keep the flow smooth. Pools are fab the splash pool for kids is great and ha fake grass so they can run around it well done great idea. I would suggest laying out a couple of loungers or chairs in this area. Rooms not huge but has fridge ,good bathrooms, we had 2 double beds in ours. Ooo the tv had English channels (itv1 & 2, channel 4 & 5, bbc and Disney) I know we’re abroad but those little creature comforts are great when you have kids and don’t go to evening entertainment or need them to cool off. We loved it so much we’re coming back as a big family holiday next year Mother, 13yr old 8yr old and 4yr old

No kettle or coffee/tea making facilities in room. Nearest shop is 5/10 minute walk.

Well priced pool bar and snacks. Clean modern rooms with terraces. Friendly staff. Not far from beach if walking. Close to Port Aventura.

The staff in the bar need to have a more friendly attitude especially the woman in charge makes 0 effort. You nearly feel like it's a inconvenience asking for a drink and they are not over busy

The facilities for kids were great pool tables, water slides table tennis and foosball. The reception staff were extremely helpful even those with poor English. Housekeeping staff and the chefs who cooked omletes and pancakes to order

We informed about a leaking sink and was never fixed The beds were so big that there was barely any space to move around the room The plates and glasses at breakfast were often dirty (specially the glasses to take fresh juice)

The cleaning of room and of the swimming pool area.people leave food and beverage on the floor under beds around swimming pool and nobody picks up until the closure.in the room they dry the bath and change towels but they dont clean the bath and the room

The wifi was very poor. The fridge is weak, barely cooled.

The room was clean with very comfortable bed. Good food for breakfast and dinner. Air condition worked properly. They cleaned the room every day, gave fresh towels. Nice entertainment shows at night. Good pool area with a good amount of sunbeds. We asked for a room with pool side wiev and althogh the hotel was full they made special effort to fulfill our request.

Rooms are abit on the small side with not Alot of storage. Bar and restaurant staff could be cheerier, only seen one of them smile - can't remember his name but the baldy guy on the bar lol Reception staff were nice enough but felt like they didn't have a clue what they were doing. They had drink tokens but had no idea what they were for- noone could explain properly. Dinner food yummy enough but what you expect for a 3 star Spain hotel.

The animation team are amazing! So much energy and fun for kids and adults. The breakfast is super yummy. Fridge in the room is a big bonus. The wee shop is great and shop staff super friendly. Location is great, 10 minutes walk to beach.

The room was a little small for two adults and two children, not much space for suitcases and clothes. There was a fridge but no tea /coffee making facilities. However the room was very nice, modern decor and clean 👍

Entertainment was great, the kids really enjoyed the activities around the pool and the evening disco. Kevin, Mr Chocolate and Aroa were fantastic 😊 The food was great, always plenty of choice and lovely that there were options to have food cooked fresh to order.

The cleaning staff banging on the door each morning from 9.30am onwards. Even after being told the room didn't need to be cleaned, they continued to knock and enter the room and turn on all the lights, waking my 2 year old two mornings in a row, and another morning while my wife was on the toilet shouting at them that we were OK and didn't want the room cleaned . We reported this to reception who gave us a do not disturb tag for the door however I feel they could have done more as this happened 3 mornings of the 7 we stayed there.

Rooms are extremely small. Had a room for 4 people and was OK for a short stay but way too small for a week,2 week vacation. Only 1 draw for clothes. Not much storage space at all. Could of been more variety on main meals also,had some beef and was raw in middle. Showed to the waitress and she just kinda shrugged shoulders like so what?

Went for a 4 night stay. Hotel clean and all staff are very pleasant,the animation team go a extra mile and great with the lids and adults. Great location,clean.spa and gym ok but extremely small.

The bed was hard, split in the middle. Fell in between beds twice.There was a tin cover, it was cold at night.

Wasn't big choice of food, but maybe because was just beginning of season. And was a lot children from schools, in the morning and late evening was big noise in all hotel of that.

Is not very far from Portaventura Park, you can walk easily. In room was a very big bed, a lot towels, small fridge/minibar. In hotel was jacuzzi inside and sauna/steam room.
