All the sunbeds are taken while people not even there at the hotel, they just put towels so 4 days and did not have the chance to use the sunbeds not even once ... and i had lots of ants in my room they did clean it and gave us another room 1 night, but the problem is bigger and i think they know, ants came back after 1 Day but the staff did what they could as it was fully Booked...the food was nice

On the morning of checkout a member of housekeeping staff (possibly a supervisor due to different uniform) entered our room without knocking. A bit strange as it was only 09.20am and checkout is at 11am.

A very comfortable 4 star hotel only a 10 minute bus ride from Reus airport. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was great and we enjoyed the variety of food available. The hotel has 3 pools including a roof top one which is great for views and chilling out on a sunny day. The hotel is very close to the beach, nightlife and lots of restaurants and bars. Each night the hotel had live entertainment and it was always very good. All in all a very good hotel and I would go back there again when in Salou.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable which made our stay less enjoyable. The outdoor bars weren't open during our stay, not sure if this is an off season thing! A shame that the pool closes at 7pm we wouldn't stay again due to this! The entertainment is ok at best and repetitive every night!

Really affordable! The breakfast is really good, but the dinner is average. Awesome having 3 spots by a pool! The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, hair dryer and toiletries!

I had messaged several times prior to arrival to ask for a room with a bath ( as shown in booking.com photos and you can see messages in my message feed) had replies but when I got there they said there was no mention and it was booking.com who has replied, not them. They said that the hotel only had one floor with baths and they were all full and I should of requested when booking! Which I did!! I sent another message via contact the property on Booking.com-and got a reply saying the hotel has no baths !! I changed my booking from H10 Princess as H10 Delfin as it showed rooms with a bath and now wish I hadn’t ! I have a back problem and always try to get a room with a bath as it helps relieve symptoms

The hotel is in a great location only a few mins walk to shops beach and restaurants we found a great restaurant fox and hounds right across the road it has a great menu with very friendly staff. The hotel breakfast has a good variety something for everyone. We had a pool view room it was a bit small but has most things including a fridge only thing I was disappointed about there was no kettle I had to hire one from reception for €20 a week with €20 deposit. The pool area is lovely but all good loungers go at 9am when the doors open. Staff all very friendly except one very rude one at breakfast

Everything was superb, the ground cleaning was not that good for the rooms ,for the bar i ask pinacolada cocktait without alcohol the madame wouldnt make it without and it was not that good cocktail

One downside that became a daily issue was at night time the pool closed by 7 and the seating area both inside and outside closed by 11. For over 100€ per night at an adults only hotel, it would have been nice to sit with a drink and friends at this time. Will be the only reason I don’t stay here again because otherwise i had a great stay

There was some kind of leak on our corridor which came up through the carpet, they mopped it everyday and put towels down, but the smell got worse each day, one day it smelt like the cleaner was using ammonia to clean it ! What disappointed most is no-one from the hotel apologised, not even a card under the door, saying sorry and explaining that they were doing their best would have been appreciated, but other than that would definitely stay in this Hotel again.

Nice hotel, good seating etc.., some of the entertainment was very good, pool areas were good, we didn't take part in the morning stampede to the beds, but watched in amusement from the 1st floor restaurant while enjoying the lovely breakfast. Location good, 2 minute walk to bus stop for Salou and Barcelona airports (don't get on the wrong one,,,lol), which was also the pick up for the travel coach to Barcelona. Evening meal was also very good, the choice made it hard to decide what to have.

Walls paper thin could hear everything in next door room Went to bar first night there at about 11.35pm as it says it closes at midnight to be told, it closes at midnight but waiting staff from bush at 11.30 so couldn’t get a drink🤷🏼‍♀️disappointing really. Signs say not to put towels down to reserve sun beds but same people did it every morning

First impression wasn’t great as the blue glass balconies made hotel look quite dated. Also it obscures the view from the room. Having to buy water bottles at 4euro each was just profiteering for hotel, which we thought was a bit cheap. Rooms rather small and although air conditioning worked, sometimes it was ineffective.

gluten free option for deserts poor only jelly n ice cream n rice pudding or a brownie, all the deserts for non gluten free is amazing but very poor for me, staff were great getting me bread. lots of broken tiles around the pool. I was told I couldn’t fill my glass outside unless I had the 4 euro bottle, the staff were rude about it and I was told at checkin were the water machine was, (mixed messages ) the day b4 we left the maid didn’t make our beds, plus a member of our group had money stolen from her room by the maid and the staff said it had never happened before but hotel’s reviews said it had happened 2 weeks earlier.
