Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

the location is great, walking distance to 2 subway station and multiple lines. It is very convenient to go anywhere include airport and train station. The room is clean and the bed are comfortable. There is trash car pick up the trash at night, but all are relatively quick and didn't take too much time. The room I stayed is a very quiet street. Great value compare to the price, I would highly recommend this hotel.

First, the location is great. About 20 minutes walk to down town, to most important avenues. Calm area, friendly staff with smiles all over their faces. The cleanliness is perfect, however I wonder how come a four star hotel doesn’t provide a simple Kittel in the room .

United KingdomBecause the outer wall is a glass curtain it did make a few noises during the night with the wind. However, it wasn't too much of a discomfort.
Good location, about a half hour walk to the centre. However, there's a metro station right outside the hotel if you want to use that. Staff were very polite and attentive. Room serviced every day and very clean.

All hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful and always ready to help. Particularly on reception, Saraya A was exceptionally helpful when we were trying to book trains to Toledo so please thank Saraya, and say we hope to visit Granada soon. Mr Ramiro gave us some good tips and advice on where to visit such Cervantes hometown so a big thank you to Mr Ramiro.. The Hotel is very central in a nice neighborhood with easy access to most attractions and all the transport network and restaurants. So all good.

Saudi ArabiaNo boiler for cafe in the room. You need to take hot water from cafeteria in the lobby, it was inconvenient for me. The hotel is composed into two combined buildings , so if you are renting a car and you will use the parking , then the elevator does not take you directly to your floor . You need to go out on ground floor and switch the corridor . It is easy once you know it.
The room was nice. They provided a huge baby cot that was comfortable to my daughter. The desk staff are almost nice and support you immediately with the things related to hotel facility. But there is a lady that was rude even if you are asking her polite questions like “where is the parking of the hotel and which slot i can use” Kindly train her on how to communicate with honorable guests. The bathroom is well maintained There is an elevator The breakfast offer is very good The cafeteria staff are very supportive
