Had an amazing stay. Property exceeded my expectations on every front. All staff were friendly. I travelled alone and felt extremely safe in the property. Anna the host was the absoloute best and made sure that I was comfortable whilst waiting for my room to be prepared. The room was beautiful and clean and had all I needed. The location is perfect and even the walk down the town centre from the property is easy. I am now planning my return. Views, pool, vibe and service was just perfect.

Breakfast options are quite limited and it gets repetitive if you stay for a few days.

One of our best vacations - thanks to this place! Location is easy to find, parking is right next to the place. Apartments are clean and spacious. Staff is absolutely welcoming and helpful (especially the waiter who was always helpful and smiling). The apartment looked even better than pictures. The surrounding is calm, which we appreciated since we enjoy calm and relaxing environment. We will be definitely coming back!

My ONLY quip is for a luxury hotel the bed could have been a Queen or a King at least and a TV in the bedroom too.

The cleanliness and the staffs attentiveness were A1, impeccable, couldn't fault it. Breakfast every morning was very good, everything from cooked to cold, cereal and fruits. Breads and coffees were top too. The apartments were very well presented, very clean too and had everything you wanted to amenity wise. Netflix, Prime and all the watchable apps were easily castable to the TV. All day sun from 10:30am until 20:00pm was fantastic and with the private pool cooling you down all day, it made us not leave the apartment very much, unless to get food and drinks. 10/10 experience.

The labyrinth of the modules. Finding module 4 is not easy at all based on the markings on the building walls. And me and my partner are seasoned travellers, used to find complex locations in the big metropols. Using Bluetooth for all access... not sure. At least the front door exit could have a button.

Breakfast choice was really good. Having two separate bathrooms has definitely much extra value. The drinks served at the restaurant were really at extra class. Top quality and service. Communication with the virtual reception was convinient. Parking at site was quite easy and coming with the rental car is convinient.

Grand Horizon is everything it advertises and more. The apartment we had was beautiful and spacious and close to the pool and restaurant. All the staff we met were extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely stay here again. One of the best places we've stayed in for sure.

Nothing really, for older people or disabled the stairs to the beach might be a challenge, for us it was just a nice activity to get at least a little excercise

I would actually like to keep this gem a secret of my own, because it was just fantastic. Spacious appartments with all you could need of equipment, and add also high quality interior, micro, washing maschine, oven (bosch). A great terrace, an excellent breakfast with the most charming and attentive host. Also a great restaurant at the premises. Beautiful view and out door space with a feeling of luxury. Everything clean and well maintained.

Access to town as the resort can only be accessed by walking down steep steps or walking down a steep road.The taxi number provided is the local council controlled company, which is not reliable. Taxis from the centre are pretty good as long as you avoid busy times. It is not the fault of the resort, just something to be aware of..

Only a small point, but the sofa bed is not the comfiest bed to sleep on. We needed to use it for the week and it is not brilliant.

We arrived in the dark, and it was a little confusing trying to check in and find our feet. Other than that, there was nothing to complain about. The hotel is on a hill, but there are steps to the beach, and we enjoyed the walks

What a hotel! This place is stunning and worth the luxury price tag. The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern with the best balcony with a sea view. Although reception is virtual, if I had any questions, they were available via WhatsApp and responded very quickly. Roughly a 15-minute walk to all the amenities. Breakfast had plenty of choices. I particularly recommend the omlettes and the doughnuts.
