Lovely apartment, cozy and has everything one might need. Street can be a bit noisy, so no sleeping with open window. But closed windows screen sounds well enough and conditioning works, so all is good. It was also very kind of host to let us in bit earlier than official check in time. Metro and grocery stores very close. Overall would stay again.

All is great

The place is amazing, 10 out of 10! Close to the metro station, just 2 min walk and it’s a direct line from the airport. The apartment is spacious, new and cozy and has everything you need. There is one bedroom in the apartment but it can easily host 4 people since the sofa is foldable and there are additional sleeping things in case you need it. It has self check in and the codes for getting inside, there are no keys and no direct contact with the host, we arrived at 1 am and there was no problem in checking in and finding the place. All in all, I was very satisfied with this choice and highly recommend the place!

It was quite difficult to send our passport photos because you cannot respond to the email, so I had to call and get the WhatsApp number to send the photos so I could get the code. Wish that was more smooth. Also, I was told we can’t check in until 2 pm, we traveled really far by metro with 3 suitcases and when we arrived we were told that we can check in earlier at noon.

The pillows smelled a little bit like sweat. I have a very sensitive nose. Maybe long term guests slept in them for a long period. I'm sure the pillow case was washed.

Such an amazing apartment. Very modern, well kept, super clean and comfortable. Everything you need. So much bigger that we expected. Everything worked well - the shower was fantastic. Well equipped kitchen. The area was good and 3 minutes to the metro station where you easily can get to all main attractions of Barcelona. Great base for exploring. Quiet street. Below the apartment is everything you need - a bakery, a fruit store, a supermarket, an icecream store :-). We loved staying here and slept so good in the beds.

The apartment was small and some of the neighbors were a little loud. Because it's next to a central square, there can be a bit of noise at night.

The location was great. Close to many restaurants and markets. Easy to get to the metro and only the stops from the train station. Plus, it was a fine minute walk to the Barcelona Football Club stadium.

The air conditioning in the room was leaking. Room could have a night stand next to bed. Could have more hooks or support surface in bathroom.

If Im splitting hairs, the location could be better if you want to see many attractions. While the subway is a 2 min walk, it does mean thay you'll be riding the subway every single day for at least 30 minutes each way. On the other hand, this does come with many benefits. Also might be on the slightly expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

Really comfy apartment with everything you could possibly need (stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc.) Really clean, modern, comfy. Located right next to the subway. Many bars, bakeries, stores near. Very peaceful neighbourhood outside of the main touristy areas.

Can't think of any cons! Everything was superb.

The flat is only 3mins walk from the Collblanc metro station and there are local bars, restaurants, supermarket, non-stop shops, all a stone throw away. Collecting the keys was very smooth, promptly handled by friendly Franco and communication was superb before, during and after our stay, thank you! Everything in the flat was sparkly clean and new! Super well equipped with everything we could think of for a relaxing stay. We were pleased when we found tea & coffee in the cupboard for us to use, a nice "welcome" touch :) Loved the comfy bed, we slept so well and the windows are doing a great job at cancelling outside noise. Very very happy, we would gladly stay here again if we come back to Barcelona.

The bed in the living room was so uncomfortable. The water heater stopped working in the morning. Had to call them up but was not repaired until then evening. The AC in the bedroom didn't turn on. Despite informing the management it was not repaired. The bedroom windows had to be kept shut the property is in a noisy place. So the room got so hot during the night. Not a pleasant experience
