There was lovely lighting in the stairways, too, but it didn't appear the stairs were cleaned, regularly. Opaque glass doors for the bathroom were attractive but did not provide the level of privacy I like.

I loved the lighting in both the bedroom and the bathroom. There were lots of options to choose from. Hallways were nicely lit and very quiet. There were even lights in the closets! Very comfortable beds with duvets and 2 pillows for each bed. Also, excellent location with a wide variety of places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner very close to the hotel.

Nothing, it's a really nice hotel and very comfortable.

The breakfast was a good selection of typical Spanish breakfast items. The hotel is located on the first floor of the building, so you are away from any hustle and bustle outside. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the city centre, across the river. The hotel parking was good, in an underground parking and the spaces were big - our satnav took us to the exit, and because of all the one way streets in the area, it was a bit of a challenge to find the entrance on the other side of the block. Really good value for money hotel in a nice area of Seville.

The price was higher than our first stay

This was our second stay in less than 2 weeks, and unfortunately this time we did not get the same discount we got the first time, so the stay was pretty expensive for our normal budget. But we knew what to expect in terms of quality. We also had a very nice breakfast (excellent coffe machines, nice pastry and variety of slated or sweet things to eat)

Quite short walk to the attractions. Bust stop for the airport about 8 minutes walk. Nice breakfast. We’ve had a junior suite which was very big and clean with amazing terrace and spacious bathroom. Lots of places to eat nearby. Highly reccommend this hotel, my family had the best time there

Nothing really. Only that the smart TV wasn't connected to the internet and had only Spanish channels working. But staff said they are working on fixing that.

The hotel is modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet, the sound isolation was good. The room had a fridge with snacks and beverages. It was cleaned daily. The internet was good.

There were some technological challenges connecting to wifi or checking minibar prices, we got 'electronic license expired' errors. Coffee capsule machine in lounge had no instructions and we never succeeded in operating it. I checked out online and was told to leave my card in the box at reception. There was no box and everyone had to go through a double-check with the staff, which defeated the purpose of having a smooth online checkout.

The room and bed were very comfy. Excellent soundproofing, the only noise we could hear was from the hallway; no voices through walls. Great location.

The lifts and doors on the ground floor in the building and connection to parking is not logical. It's a maze. The reception is at 1, parking -1,-2,-3 etc., the rooms are on 2,3,4, etc. but there is no way to directly get back and forth.
