In the bathroom shower has no regulation, so that was a pity. Also if you are short, probably can't manage it by yourself. There was also no pot to make a tea, that's a pity. Keep in mind that park a car in this area is a miracle. We used paid parking which was around 15 euro per night

The hotel is in the central location, but very quiet, so that was gold. The room was very spacious, with couch, and open closet. All was very clean. WiFi works without any issue. Cleaning service every day. Small balcony but for the internal part so no view.

The room was super big and spacy. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is great, very close to the centre and the beach. The check-in process is very smooth and done in advance. Upon arrival you only need to enter to code., The staff is easy to reach and fast on Whatsapp. Although you don't get in person service, I found this to be easier.

Good functional Hotel room. Comfortable beds. Good Aircon. A nice nights sleep. In fact we only stayed here to sleep - because the aircon in the Occidental Hotel (where we were actually staying) was so bad overnight - we had to find somewhere else to enable us to get a nights rest!!!!!

The hotel is very clean and they always clean the bedrooms. Easy checkin and doors are automated. Bed was comfortable and rooms have double glazed windows that helps to reduce outside noise. The best for me was the location, close to main area of las canteras and it was great that I could have a small coffee in the co-working area. The staff is friendly and answers quickly. Excellent place to stay.

There is no swimming pool but you wouldn't expect it to have one in that location. There was no view of the sea or city but that wasn't a deal breaker as we didn't sit around in the accommodation all day. If you want these things then you would be better out of the city.

Accommodation was great. It was omfortable, new and the girl who maintains the accommodation keeps the place so clean and tidy. I could not fault the accommodation.

Didn’t realise floor 1 is also a collaborative office space that is rented out. This wasn’t a problem as you can use the water and coffee machines there. It is an automated system so you check in online and they send you a code to access the main area and your room. However the code didn’t arrive at 3pm check in time. I called the number on the confirmation email and the lady that worked there came down and let us in. We waited 10 minutes for the room to finish being cleaned. Not an issue and was sorted immediately but just a note in case yr in same position. Definitely worth the wait though as great room at a good price.

Junior suite was as shown in pics. Very large room. Very clean and modern. Good toiletries and hairdryer. Large sofa, comfy chairs and desk area. Large tv with Netflix and prime (although no English). Bed very comfy and great location close to beach and an easy walk to the bus station.

Very convenient location, near the beach, there is a parking lot nearby around 5 minutes walk named Parking Olof Palme, with a fair parking fee, 60euro/week, there is coffee machine at 1st floor that we could have it any time. Youtube and Netflix available and easy to use. the sofa bed is comfortable than expected!

The team from reception with Cristina to the cleaning ladies: everyone was very friendly and committed to making the stay a pleasant experience. It was very very clean. Almost on the beach and right in town, it's a bit noisy, but that's normal. We can only say positive things about the hotel.
