The safe was quite difficult to master and down so low you have to get down on your knees. . Our one was broken but replaced straight away. Also the bathroom door kept sticking and got caught in it just before we left but forgot to tell reception when leaving. I'm sure if we told them they would have fixed it straight away Room 210. Room a bit narrow to get passed each other.

Lovely hotel close to everything. It has just 2 overlooking views.. 1 is over pool and other is over street in front of hotel which we had and it was perfectly fine and lovely to sit outside and people watch. Not noisy. Rooftop bar and jacuzzi fabulous. Lovely welcoming glass of cava given to us . Didn't eat here so can't comment, but it looked delicious. Fantastic Italian restaurant right next door is a must try. Chinese just up also from hotel was not bad. Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. They had some poolside BBQ'S held some days for a fee which was a good idea but being there only a week we never got to one. Maybe next time. I have some hip issues and can't do a shower over the bath, but this was a lovely walk in shower, not slippy.

There is a rooftop bar above the rooms on the fifth floor. Bar activity is a bit noisy. Well, you can hear it in your room, but the bar closes at 23:00 :)

The hotel is on a quieter street, yet close to the beach. If the balcony opening to the courtyard is quite peaceful. The breakfast was varied and there were both pastries and healthy :) The pool water is warm and there are enough sunbeds at the edge of the pool.

There was no parking

The hotel was very modern and stylish. Room was clean and we had nice terrace with sunbeds. Staff was very friendly. Pool was warm (even too warm). Breakfast was very tasty and grill was delicious. The beer was served in a frosted glass what was nice in hot day. Location was perfect and near to beach front.

There is no parking. You can park nearby for free, but in peak season I imagine it can be challenging. If you wish to rely on public transportation you need to be more patient or walk a bit more, as the location is less central (this has benefits though as mentioned).

The room has a good sea view and a nice balcony. The room size is ok, though for a four star hotel in Spain it is rather small. The pool is very good for relaxation and some deep dive, but not for long swimming (relatively hot water). The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food. The location is nice close to the sea and not too close to the noisy Torremolinos city centre.

We booked 2 rooms and anyone going should make sure to book one with balcony .They had us on floor 2 and 5 and could not change because they were booked out . Also the rooms near the lift shaft are very small.The bed is pushed up against the wall . The pillows also need to be upgraded .

The staff are the best asset this hotel has .Veronica gives a fantastic massage . The heated pool and jacuzzi were great.The food was very good .

The skybar was closed due to rain when checking in. It stopped raining at around 4 pm but it still stayed closed all evening ( but maybe this was due to the floor still being wet up there so not the hotels fault )

The pool and hottubs where open all the time. The breakfast was really good. Welcome drink.

The check-in for the hotel was absolutely seamless. Our room was ready at least two hours in advance. We received amazing treatment while there the facilities smelled amazing and our room was absolutely stunning as we stayed in the Bali Suite

The staff member in the roof top bar on the 23, 24 & 25th April was very rude. On 23rd he refused us our welcome drink as he said he was closing early. We got our welcome drink on the evening of 24th. On 25th April we went to the rooftop bar again and he accused us of stealing the glasses from our welcome drinks the night before and told us we were caught on camera. All we did was bring the drinks back to our room to finish and the glasses were left in our room. We refused to let this ruin our stay as everything else was amazing.

Excellent clean hotel. Staff and cleaning staff so nice and welcoming. I have to especially mention Sergio who is a credit to your hotel and made us feel so welcome and special. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is amazing. The choice of food / dishes is excellent. I have been here a few times with my husband and brought my sister this time for a relaxing break. And we certainly relaxed. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel as every time I’ve been here I’ve had an amazing stay. See you all again soon.
