Lovely boutique hotel with great breakfast.

The room was not huge but was fine for one overnight stay prior to starting our cruise. Was a great location for this purpose.

Breakfast was in a cafe/restaurant very close to hotel and on the beachfront. We were given a voucher for breakfast and could spend up to €24 for the two of us which was more than adequate. I think the cafe was called Oliva. For and service were both excellent.

When I arrived, I found out I was upgraded to a better room, but at the same time moved from "inner courtyard view" to "street view" on the fourth floor. The sound isolation wasn't the best, so I could sometimes hear loud cars passing on the street even with closed windows. Sometimes I could also hear the neighbours. The room had bottled water but no tea making facilities.

The location is excellent: very close to the beach, restaurants, transport, parks and several tourist attractions. (At the same time, the hotel is located in a quiet side street with only shops that close early, so there isn't much traffic or partying outside and I felt safe walking at night.) The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It was also warm (I travelled in December) - there was a thick blanket available in the room and the aircon had "warm" mode. Hotel entrance is additionally secured with a code.

On the day of checkout we went beach then wanted to shower after but upon return discovered the shower room was used more as a storage room in the hotel. Minor thing really and would impact others.

The staff was very helpful, location was a bit away from the beach but easily walkable. Only 15 min walk from the las palmas de g.c bus station which was handy. Rooms were clean and comfy.

If you were to use a car I can see parking could be a problem.

A deceptive budget hotel, quirky decor in the large rooms, which were clean and comfortable. Hany for the shops and beach, very good for the money.

My room was a little bit dark and the desk was pretty small.

Good localisation, very close to the beach. Superfriendly and helpful staff. For example, I asked for a kettle and the managed it very quickly. My room (a "standard" one) had a terrasse, which was a nice surprise.

Unfortunately it was very loud if you open the window because of the neigbour apartment. Very loud conversations till midnight. Because of the location of the hotel, no direct sun comes to your room and you cannot let you washes to dry.

Perfect location, just between las Canteras and the Marine, and public bus stop to go to old town (linea 1). The reception is very polite and helpful all the time. Room was very clean, newly renovated and spacy.

The room was clean/ nice and big enough. Bathroom - the same and the size of shower was great! Perfect temperature in the room! I will recommend it to my friends :-) + there is a fridge in your room :-)

Bathroom was damp with some mould growing on the ceiling. However, it was an internal bathroom with no outside ventilation so they may struggle with condensation etc

Friendly staff and gave me a free upgrade. Good location. Overall, happy with stay.

The breakfast was good but I missed fruit cocktail.

The room and bathroom were comfortable: good bed, rain shower. Also near the beach and promenade, restaurants and "super mercados". No noise. Very friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely stay in La Palmas, Great Location near Las Canteras Beach. Good sized room, clean with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. Very friendly helpful staff. Made us feel very welcome, went the extra mile. Pre arrival communications were invaluable. Would highly recommend and return if staying in the area. Thank you

A bit noisy at times: from the street, next room or lift

It is very close to the beach. Super central, close to everything you may need, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Parking is not the easiest in the close surroundings, but there is a cheap parking spot about 10 min away (next to the aquarium). The room is comfortable and spacious, and very clean! Also, the staff was very nice.
