Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent room and facilities - modern, stylish, and clean. Location was very central. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. The hotel roof bar had amazing views and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything. Plus Front of House was able to offer us an early check in. There was a charge for this but we felt it was worth it so we could settle in and then prepare for a full day of sightseeing in Ronda.

Very central, easy to find. Our room overlooked the bullring, nicely decorated. Helpful staff. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. Parking was at different location, 5 min walk away - very tight!

Coach parties of tourists are obviously directed to the bar for the view which is annoying when you are sat having a drink as some almost push you out of the way to get a picture so much so our waiter intervened. Not the hotels fault but it could perhaps be managed a little better
We were given a room overlooking the bull ring which really made the trip. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar is a must

Spa should be included within price of room - Also outside pool could be heated.
Excellent location - Really friendly staff very professional and welcoming. It was a real pleasure staying at this hotel - the restaurant food was very good and the staff made this a lovely stay.

From our room we had no views but this was easily compensated for by the stunning views available from the rooftop bar pool and restaurant.
Not only were the staff extremely professional, but they were also welcoming helpful and friendly. The central location was perfect for walking to most of the popular tour sites. Although no parking was available on site they offered a valet parking service.

This hotel was perfect in every aspect.
The location was dead central opposite the Plaza de Toros with a spectacular view of the bullring from the rooftop pool & bar. The breakfast buffet was superb.The rooftop bar was excellent The rooftop pool and sunbathing area was superb. The hotel throughout was spotless. The reception staff were most helpful.

A big bouquet to the integrity of the hotel staff! I left a pouch containing about 2,000 euros n some documents in the safe box in the room when I checked out. The maintenance staff member opened the box, found the pouch, handed over to the manager who informed me. I drove all the way from Rhonda to pick up my pouch the next day. So thankful for the honesty of the staff of this hotel!! In addition, the location of the hotel is unbeatable! Definitely recommend this hotel!!

A very minor detail is that a larger number of coffee sachets and milks in the room could be useful.
From our arrival to our departure we had a fantastic three nights in this hotel. It is perfectly situated within Ronda to see the sights and our room had a great view over the bull ring. The staff were very helpful from the moment we checked-in to checking-out, offering to help with any questions we had. Our room was very nice, very well appointed with a great bathroom. The small balcony was great and really enjoyed it. The bar and restaurant on the top floor gives a great view but can be windy (nothing can be done about that). The breakfast is excellent with a great range of cereals, breads and the more routine cooked breakfast options. What we especially liked was the station where you can order your eggs to be made to your liking.

Lacked hanging space and hangers. Breakfast wasn't that great, especially having to make your own tea and coffee from a machine that was lees than reliable. The fruit selection wasn't great either. Reception staff could have ben more helpful.
Room was excellent and so was the housekeeping. It was very well equipped. The shower was good. Nice to have a separate loo. Nice lounge/seating area. Great view across the street to the Bull Ring from our room (206). The rooftop bar was good too! The hotel common areas were very well maintained. Dining area was good.
