Very comfortable hotel and perfect for a short city break for one or a couple! The views from the roof are especially incredible, and the pool is a nice extra. The location is superb for hiking and walking around, and with the metro around the corner, it's easy to get around the city.

At first our room was in the 2nd floor and looking directly into the street which was noisy, but we asked to have it changed. We moved to a similar room in the 4th floor and it was perfect

I liked how clean the room is and how big were the twin beds in twin room.

Just far too many people at the park (and we were told it wasn’t a really busy day). Not enough time to allow us to explore more, due to disorganisation of tour company.

Bathroom was a little on the small side but that's barely worth a mention for us. The bed was also a bit small, which was a bit more of a bother but could deal with it. Park Guell was a bit of a trek considering it's in the name of the hotel, but that's more on us not realising that Park Guell is at the top of a hill.

A nice hotel with a bar and dining area in the foyer. Our room had a balcony with a great view. It was a long room with the TV all the way at the end of the room... a bit of an odd shape but gave us somewhere to put luggage other than right next to the bed, so worked out well. There was also a swimming pool and breakfast which is nice to have but we didn't try either so can't comment. Short walk to a train station and nearby cafe (where we did get breakfast!)

Minor things for us but the pool looked bigger in the photo, and the water was freezing, but it was only May... and the kids had fun nevertheless. Great view from there. Our room was at the first floor right beside the road so we couldn't open the curtains, but we were only staying one night so didn't affect us as much as if we were staying for a longer period.

The room had comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms (1 with just a toilet and a shower - no sink) which was handy. The location was good, very well connected to metro and buses to go to the city centre and station. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The hotel has a bar that serves food pretty much all day long, we had an early dinner on the day of our departure and it was nice. Also the late check out (12noon) makes it more relaxed.

The price is a bit high for the accommodation, but I guess those are just Barcelona prices. I wasn't really a fan of the glass bathroom door which you can't really close fully, because the door is smaller than the opening (can't really avoid toilet noises etc.) also you can kind off hear noises from other rooms.

The hotel was very nice, clean, nothing too fancy, but had everything you need. We had the smallest/cheapest room and it still was pretty spacious, had a big closet and the beds were also pretty wide. The location is good/safe, there is a small grocery shop near the hotel, the metro station is a 7-10 min walk away.

Location was good for us - our relatives live near and the neighborhood was nice, clean and peaceful. The big terrace would have been great but the weather was not so warm as expected. Breakfast was good and fresh. We slept very well and enjoyed our stay. Metro and bus stops were quite close, as well as a small supermarket and some restaurants within a short walk.

Patchy wifi. Smaller room than in pictures. AC didn't work mostly and didn't get fixed even after complaining. Our key card didn't work 3-4 times during a 3 nights stay. We didn't have kettle or tea in the room as well.

Easy check in and checkout. Location is good too.

The pool was really cold, granted it's April but it would have been great to have it heated a little because it was too cold to use. Admittedly there is currently a drought so lucky to have anything at all.

The staff were fantastic, the hotel is clean and close to a metro station and the trip to the center is around 30 minutes. Food and drinks were good, extensive selection from the buffet at breakfast and room service was made to order. The terrace was really nice with a great view of the city.

Elevator was very limited, max 3 people only including luggages, quite narrow. You can get stacked if more than 3 people

Clean, though far from the city, it only cost E10 on UBER. Handy grocery store nearby. Reasonable priced restaurants on 1st floor.

We were offered an ‘upgrade’ for 20€ a night for a mini fridge, kettle and a more spacious room. We declined and actually had a spacious room and mini fridge in there anyway! So had we accepted we would have been charged 20€ for a kettle per night.. which I think should be included anyway

Convenient location, metro short walk away. Close to a shop if required and bus stops. Nice 10 min walk to Park Guell. Hôtel was pleasant and comfortable, clean and staff friendly.

An additional blanket would have made me more comfortable. The bathroom was the big problem, with a narrow doorway and no space for toiletries. I did not shower, but my husband did and said the tub was very slippery.

The rooms were very clean and the meal was excellent. Front desk was courteous and helpful.

We had an adjoining room and were able to hear every movement and conversation through the door. The room was quite noisy which made it difficult to sleep at times. Also would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Loved the rooftop area with the pool. Views were great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location was good for us. Quiet area.

A lot of thinks was not working. We've been informed on check in that all information about the breakfast we will see on the channel 01 on TV, we switched it on and seen phrase "Scan this QR code" unfortunately there was no any code. The door of the room 219 was difficult to close with no huge bang. Internet was working poorly. Bar in the lobby is open till 22:30 only, but ladies there are wonderful. Card from the room you have to revalidate every day because they don't work after 1 day (we didn't keep them with the phones or other magnetic things). Water
