Excellent hotel in great location. Just a short walk from the many bars and restaurants in the old town. Our room was lovely and with its own balcony was perfect for our week long stay. Volker and Tee were welcome and charming hosts, only too happy to help with restaurant bookings and great recommendations in Las Palmas. Special mention also to Pina and Lydia who looked after us at breakfast like one of the family. A special hotel with lovely people. Thank you. Jason & Louise.

Only stayed one night but the owner and all the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel is quirky, with every room individual and different, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. The location is brilliant for the old town, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral square, and various bars and restaurants.

Volker and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommending restaurants, which were fantastic and a day trip to Aguete as we had a car which was well worth the trip. We ad 3 rooms between us all, they ere all quirky and individually decorated. Lovely sun terrace on the roof with chairs and loungers. The breakfast was fantastic, great fresh variety and omelettes made to order. We’ll be back, thanks Volker

It was great to be able to access the roof terrace and enjoy a drink. The owner gave us excellent tips and suggestions for local restaurants and activities. Good breakfast and all round friendly and accommodating staff.

Faint smell of sewage on the terrace and also inside the room. Maybe they should check the airlocks. Dried out?

Nicely renovated old house with good atmosphere. Room was small but high (5m!). Private terrace and private outside bathroom. Good breakfast.

If you are staying do book one of the larger apartments, which are beautiful, some with balcony. Unfortunately we had the last available room which was very small for a 5 day trip. It also faced onto the road which though small is a busy thoroughfare in the mornings & noisy. There was a lack of storage space in the room. Breakfast was disappointing with little fresh fruit.

The owners were very welcoming & informative about the area. Good communication from booking stage & throughout visit. The property has been lovingly restored and has a lovely roof area looking out over the city. Rooms are all decorated in a quirky individual style. Casa Sabai is situated in the most interesting historical part of the city with lots of restaurants & bars within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. Spacious bathroom.

The friendliness and helpfulness from proprietor to every employee. Really comfy bed and loved the quirkiness of the building. Good information on the area, and very importantly I left my passport in the room on departure and had received a phone call before I left the city to notify me which I had not noticed.it missing! Would highly recommend and if I revisit las Palmas would definitely stay again. Thank you all.

Beautifully renovated building in the atmospheric old town close to the best bars, restaurants, museums etc. Very nice stylish room, comfortable beds, wonderful large shared sun terrace. The owner Volker is very friendly and helpful - and the staff are lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing views from the terrace! Super friendly and helpful owner! Always available, even on whatsapp. Cool rooms with vintage and modern pieces. ~3-5min from the main square of the city center

Amazingly friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The beds and rooms are super comfy and elegantly designed. The rooftop has a very nice view of the city. Easily walk everywhere in the historic neighborhood.
