Good place but too far if you do not have a car

Is too far and also if you arrive after 4pm you have to go really far away from the place to pick up the keys which is not ideal for people who does not drive. Also really far from the city you have to go all the way around to go to the center like 30min walking.

Property was excellent didn’t like have to pick the keys up from another hotel (2 miles away) fine if you are driving, as it was past 4pm when reception closed.

A good double bed with actual quilts! ( never Normally get them so was good, pool view is the better option

Not enough information in the room so gave up on the TV channels. Not keen on cats roaming the site.

Peacefully quiet with a convenient, free bus service. Ideal weather at this time of year.

Though the bungalow was clean there were ants everywhere, we had to be careful not leave any open food in the kitchen due to this. Needs better ventilation. We knew there was no AC but windows are small and it was actually hotter in the inside of the bungalow than outside.

It was very quiet, clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the pool was awesome.

The location. You definitely need to have a car if you want to stay here! That's obligatory. Otherwise, getting to the bungalows is a bit tricky. The bus from the airport leaves you on the highway and there is not even a proper street to get to the place. You have to walk through a pathway which also happens to be a dodgy campsite. Good place to disconnect, though.

The staff were amazing. It was quite clean. although under the covers it was full of hair.

Too remote. Its own bar opened at 4pm and there were no more readily visible. Had to constantly take taxis in the evening or walk more than 1.5km to bars/restaurants. Maspalomas was around 6€50 and PdI 7€50 by taxi. No reception staff for the whole week. Had to collect keys from a different hotel that wasn't close by. The place seemed to be used by weekenders from Las Palmas

The bungalow was brilliant. It had everything you been for a comfortable stay including free caja fuerte. Free bus 4 times a day to Maspalomas and one to Playa del Ingles

Hard bed, didn't sleep well. Customer service could be better, staff not very welcoming. Bar area a missed opportunity, only open after 4pm and not every evening while we were there. Staff not particularly friendly so not well used by guests

Lovely pool, plenty of sun-loungers, quiet complex in nice setting. Good bathroom, excellent shower. Bungalow was clean, we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

The one and only real downfall is that the pool bar at the time of our visit was not open during the day when we are around the pool. It is open from 4pm til 12pm. The food is limited to pizza, chips and toasties really. The bar has advertised a number of cocktails although not all were available. In addition the couple that run the bar, despite a number of attempts at conversation were not particularly friendly hosts. Therefore this area was often not utilised by any others staying here. A shame, however it maybe the time of year and that we were not regular visitors. We were able to get drinks from them and return glasses the next day which was appreciated.

For us we loved the peace and quiet of the location. Away from the main restaurants and shopping centres but close enough to walk to- half hour. The pool was small but perfect as quiet, clean and lots of chairs and umbrellas. The apartment was a good size and had most of what you need. One of the reasons we chose this apartment was that there was an outside garden area. My husband was working and we wanted the option to sit out even if on calls without disturbing other guests. This worked well with WiFi good speed too. A table and chairs for 4 and a clothes drier front patio, 2 sun loungers (didn't use) on side patio . The only downfall was that it was not really in the sun. However as it was about 20 steps from the pool area with very comfortable loungers in the sun it was not a problem. Also gave us a shady area if too hot for lunch or reading. Inside the apartment was a lounge with sofa bed, coffee table and dining table and 4 chairs along with a cabinet with storage and glassware. Kitchen was off of this with all you really need- apart from a corkscrew! The bedroom and bathroom also are off the main lounge. Bedroom had lots of wardrobe space, side tables and safe in and for us comfy beds. Shower is a great size and good quality. The cleaners and ground staff are amazing and work everyday. The cleaners offer to change towels and clean after the 1st day. Which wasn't needed they went instead the next day and changed towels and tidied. The only issue that may be a problem in the hotter months is there is no aircon- or there wasn't in ours just a fan. We did not need this so was not an issue. The decor in the apartment could benefit from an upgrade as is looking a little old fashioned. However for the location- may not suit families with children or anyone not wishing not to walk too far was perfect. There is a free bus that runs to the beach and Maspalomas centre but we walked and taxi back.

There were 3 cockroaches during our 5 days staying. one in the kitchen and 2 in the bathroom. This wasn’t a pleasant experience but I guess this is not the normal at this hotel. We saw the pest control guys on a day during our stay but not sure whether they did something to all or just to one apartment. Anything else was really good.

it was very quiet, located near a golf course which looked lovely. the houses are well equipped with all you need and quite large. We haven’t tried the pool but it looked nice and clean. There are a few kittens around as well. We are cat person so this was a nice experience. they were very friendly and visited us in the mornings and at the evenings.

Beds were too hard for my liking. Not an ideal location but okay for us as we had a car. We did not use the bar facilities.

The bungalows are large, well furnished and spotlessly clean. Each terrace is spacious with a table and chairs and 2 loungers. A pool view or a fence view. We had the fence view. The bathroom was excellent, with a large rainfall shower. The pool area is pleasant and the pool water not freezing. Reception was not open or either arrival nor departure, but that was not an issue.
