The breakfast was really disappointing: cheap supermarket products and not well prepared, this is a reason for not booking this hotel again. Rooms were a bit tired.

Great well situated Hotel in Old Town. Very comfortable with lovely roof terrace for relaxing and great cocktails. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. Many very good restaurants nearby with wide variety of menus and choice of styles. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is stunning. The hotel is located in a beautiful building right on plaza Santa Ana, steps away from the Cathedral and other landmarks. My room was beautifully decorated, with views over the square. The staff was amazing, so friendly ans helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, prepared with fresh produce. Overall, a fantastic hotel.

Central location, incredibly well-designed interior. Rooms have everything you need and the beds are really comfortable. If you are visiting Las Palmas de GC, this is the place to stay. There is also a terrace bar you can enjoy the views from!

Noisy a couple of times in the early hours. This resulted in poor sleep. Loud talking/laughing/door slamming. Not the hotel’s fault per sr but guests do need reminding to be considerate of others.

Loved this hotel right on the plaza! Beautiful old building with modern updates. The breakfast was fantastic! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Staff was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. Found one of them and it was delicious! Near the museum.

The hotel is beautifully furnished and our room was a decent size with a lovely bathroom and quiet air conditioning. It’s situated on the main square and it was very quiet and peaceful in our room. The location in the old town is fantastic and it’s a nice area to walk around. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the reception staff and the bar man at the roof top terrace. It’s definitely worth going up there as the views are amazing and they serve great drinks and we had some lovely local cheeses. The barman was really helpful and friendly and explained all about the different cheeses. We had a great time and would 100% recommend this hotel.

Our room wasn't well insulated we could hear the people in the room above at night. The breakfast room is small and has no outlook as the windows are high the food choice is limited breakfast on the roof terrace would be a better option on a warm day!! Perhaps they will start that. Coffee machine stuck in the corner so access difficult if room busy.

The location. The roof terrace is fabulous. The receptionist who was on duty the morning we arrived and the day we checked out. Very efficient, helpful and with a super sense of humour.

Remodeled Art nouveau building done with taste and style. Breakfast good. Miguel at front desk helpful and friendly. In the evening upstairs terrace with views and drinks magical! Try the honey rhum . Room 21 extra special with large Art Nouveau window and balcony. Situated in old town . Good for shopping and accessible to beach by bus or taxi .

There is a building refurbishment close next door, of which there was no mention. Consequently there was noticeable dust on skirting board tops, hence my cleanliness rating

The location was excellent being central in the old town in the square adjacent to the cathedral Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Only a short walk to a HopOn Hop Off bus stop Casia on reception is an absolute gem, excellent customer relations and full of knowledge There is a Visitors Centre positioned on the square also
