    Great location - Feather Pillows

Room was too small for two people but would have been perfect for one person. I did not like the dark colors of the walls - made it seem even smaller. The hotel had only feather bedding - no foam pillows which activated my allergies. I had to buy a foam pillow for my three nights at a nearby Zara Home store 15 minutes away.

Excellent location in the heart of the historic district of Las Palmas. Excellent restaurants only steps outside the hotel and a five minute walk to the main shopping district of Las Palmas and the sea front promenade.

I wish the pool was open earlier (10am) and/or closed later (6pm) so I could have used it more during the business trip. But this is a very minor gripe.

I stayed here during the Animayo Animation Festival, which is literally around the corner. Great restaurants in the area, easily accessible busses (to and from the airport) two comic shops within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely, shower had a big head and a small one for rinsing off. Breakfast was nice. Pool and rooftop bar were lovely, the drinks were great! I loved it and will be back.

Breakfast let them down this time as quality was not as good as before - the croissants were a little well done on each morning! Coffee machine is very temperamental and not the best coffee to start your day..

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it’s fantastic - location is great to explore Las Palmas both old and new and lots surrounding the hotel to eat and drink.

The twin beds move too much from one another, if they are pulled together it would be nice that something keep them together.

Not a fan of the breakfast - It was ok but a little overpriced for the offering. Helps if meat based products are labelled (when not clear) esp when you are travelling with a Vegetarian.

The location is exceptional for travellers that wish to veer away from the more touristic areas - St. Telmo's access to the whole island is exceptional (within a 5 min walk) and all public transport is reasonably priced (approx 50c / km of travel) - Travelling to Puerto Rico (south) was about 4.70e per person (great beaches but be prepared for package-holiday hotels etc) - Likewise the middle of the island was accessible. Back to the hotel, the bar (RockTop) is quite cosy with the pool nearby - great for relaxing and taking time out - Restaurants in the area are varied in style and quality - Be aware that you have to fight with locals too :) Knowledge of Spanish is "NOT" required - but it helps!

Maybe they can put a damper on the doors to close more softly because I felt bad making noise to close the door at 6am for our flight. Other than that can't think of anything.

Everything was fantastic. The bed was soooo comfy! The service was excellent - they even included two bottles of water which I thought was very thoughtful. Everything was super clean and modern. Provided cute little lotions and creams and kits such as nail filers and even disposable razors! The rooms are also nicely spread apart too so you get a peaceful nights sleep. They thought of it all. Rooftop was really cool too. Great area right close to amazing restaurants and shops in the old town (more classic and historic just how we like it). We actually ended up cancelling our other hotel in Maspalomas and coming back up here for our last night because we loved it so much.

The room was very dark and there was an unpleasant smell of drains mist if the time. Breakfast was varied and nice but the eggs were made very early and left to sit for a long time in the warning tray as there are only a few guests they didn’t need replenishing. Breakfast was exactly the same each day which was too repetitive. The swimming pool was very cold.

The staff were the main assets of this hotel they were all lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. A special mention to Alexander on reception who was especially helpful and kind. The hotel is situated in the centre of the old town which is convenient to access public transport and bars and restaurants. The roof terrace was beautiful with a good mix of sun loungers and seating.

    Relaxing stay with minor inconveniences
    • Leisure trip
    • Group

Bar hours were misleading, either inconvenient timing or closed due to events. Speaking of events, they really disturbed our sleep because it was really loud and rowdy. We had seen reviews about noise level but we thought it was due to facing the street, be aware that the inside rooms are just as loud if not louder. Man at the front desk had a poor attitude and treated us like we weren't good enough to stay at this hotel, so unprofessional.

The bed was the most comfortable bed was amazing. The women at the front desk was awesome. Great location, very cleanly!

Staff were amazing; polite, friendly and helpful! Hotel was quant and boutique as per the name. The room was lovely very modern well decorated. Compact but well organised as not to feel small. Big bathroom well stock with toiletries which was a great touch. Rooftop bar with pool was decent. Great location in old town, so much to see and explore with great choice of restaurants and bars. Lady at front desk is a credit to the hotel, so lovely!

The beds were a little hard. We had the room closest to the reception and towards the courtyard so the view was non existing, and sometimes you could hear some noise from outside. The worst, however, was when there was a power outage in the middle of the night and a bright emergency light woke us up, but this was probably just bad luck.

Rooms are nice, modern and clean. Breakfast was small but actually really great. The hotel in general is small and feels very comfortable. The location in the old town is amazing. Great smart TV with Netflix etc. The rooftop bar has great atmosphere. Staff is lovely.
