The building is from 1880, noisy, cracky stairs, no insulation from neighbors, you hear people climbing the stairs any time during the day/night, and outside is noisy too. No window at the bathroom and at the kitchen. Not enough towels, toilet paper and garbage bags.

Convenient location near plaza mayor and touristic shops and restaurants. Very polite and responsive owner. Also placed a travel crib for our baby.

The location was also above a sort of after hours bar and we stayed on the first floor, so it does get noisy in the early hours… but of course this is also part of staying in the city center. The towels were quite old and thin/small.

This apartment was in a really central location in the city! Communication went ok and everything was very clean

Very noisy from the street in the early morning so could not go to sleep. No lift from ground level to level 1 very disappointing

We did not like being in an apartment w/o windows. Also the wifi given to us in the instructions did not work. I requested help per a secondary person as instructed but never had any follow through and I personally didn’t want to keep asking about the same issue. I also noticed there were “no” working fire detectors on the ceiling (maybe in a different location?), no hair dryer and very weak wifi signal (2 alternate suggestions to try ). If you moved close to the front door of the apartment you got a stronger signal.

The location was good. Close to everything we wanted to see.

Would have given this place a 9….but due to the paper thin uncomfortable mattress on the main bed we had to drop this to a 7. Did not sleep very well and that is the most important part. Otherwise very clean, spacious, and lively area

The shower was terrible. Bad water pressure and the door was broken so water went everywhere.

The apartment is a little outdated. You need to climb the stairs if you are on the first floor, so not senior friendly. We also had a hard time opening the doors because the keys needs to be in a certain position, but the good thing is you can contact the host anytime.

The location is very near Plaza Mayor and Sol station. The apartment looks a little outdated but it has all the amenities. The instruction on how to retrieve keys is very easy to follow.

The frying pan bottom was not flat at all and could not cook food properly. One more pot would be good. Internet was not stable.

Opening the door locks was tricky and we got stuck almost every time. Luckily were rescued by cohosts but not before struggling with the keys.

The doors were quite difficult to open at times and in fact the first front door key that you only use once the. put back in the key lock, didn’t work at all and another resident had to let us in .

It's not so easy to open the door from the first attempt because the door lock works badly. You have a weird look from the kitchen and living room windows - there's an open elevator shaft and your neighbours' windows.

The apartments are good enough. You have everything needed to stay for several nights with your family. The kitchen is equipped, there're 2 air conditioners in the rooms, a big wardrobe, and a commode.

No windows which as I’d paid for a deluxe apartment I was very disappointed with. I did message the manager but no other apartments were availed.

kitchen, fine but we didn’t use it. bedroom bed very comfortable, lounge bed satisfactory. it was covered in a plastic type material and therefore caused sweating during the night. bedroom fine but shower head wonky. location great, very close to Plaza Mayor, super for eating.

Like others wrote, 1st floor flat is noisy. All outside/inside surroundings were heard. Small number of cutlery and glasses gives dishwasher completely unusable. Flat is smaller than it looks on the pictures. Poor quality of TV antenna signal finished with minecraft quality of TV programmes. Blocked shower base - finally it was required to purchasing and using special detergents to unblock. No courtains in living room on the 1st floor makes all visible from outside in night. Outside straw courtain was not extendable (I made custom opening system) and was dirty like the outside space after opening it. Above are not a problem for a weekend trip. But for a 1 week trip with familly, it starting to be.

Fantastic location, wide kitchen equipment. Supermarkets like Carrefour and Lidl - very close. Metro, bus stations and most popular PLAZAs few minutes from location.
