The front gate is a bit hard to open once you enter a code. I was afraid of breaking it, so took me 3 tries to open 😀

A beautiful hotel with by far the best views I have seen. I stayed for a night while driving, so did not have a chance to use a swimming pool, or enjoy walking around. But even then it was a great value. Friendly staff, easy to check-in (online), comfortable rooms and good breakfast on a terrace with a fantastic view on the city.

We were a bit sceptical about leaving the car parked in the street in front of the property as it was a very narrow street, but there were other cars parked in there and it seemed that it's a very low-transited street so everything was fine at the end.

The location is perfect for travellers as it is in the border between France and Spain. We received very detailed instructions about the check-in process (which is automatic) before our arrival. Breakfast was nice with many options to choose from, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The amazing view is the highlight of this property.

I could not have stayed overnight in the room I had booked on the garage level- was dark and, for me, airless and claustrophobic. Once I let the staff know I was quickly able to move for part of my stay but moved on earlier than originally planned as for our last night there was no other option. Love this hotel but chose your room wisely- the prices do reflect this

Loved the location, the views, the staff - everything was very comfortable and welcoming once we had our room changed. Extensive breakfast and afternoon sweets! Our room change was done efficiently and without fuss and we were moved to a more expensie but smaller room on the first floor- we were lucky there was availability to move

The swimming pool was dirty, so we couldn't swim. Maybe it would be good to provide the room with anti mosquito devices.

Very nice location in a luxurious part of town. Comfortable furniture, bed, spacious room for three. Beautiful town, centre is 6 minutes by car. Self check-in is a very good solution and makes the experience faster and even better. The lady at breakfast was very friendly and nice.

A lot of unnecessary clutter in room like peace’s of painted wood that took up space and didn’t serve a purpose. Bathroom and pool was a bit tired

The bed was very soft (not good for me) and a standard double bed was a little small too. The room was a little small. Noises travel from other rooms due to older building sound proofing issues, luckily our neighbours were good so I did not mind. There are many cameras (not in our bedroom) I found that a little intrusive. There are rules for sound that guests must be quiet after 9 pm (plus a list of other rules) sent after check in. Ok for me as I go to bed early.

The location and view from the garden, our room (4 room with view) and the breakfast room was amazing. Good shower, fridge and clean in my room. The person at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but basic (no cooked food) nice rolls! The coffee machine is great fresh ground beans. Electronic check in instructions worked well. The location is close enough to walk into the town, we drove, estimated 20 minutes. The town was very pretty worthy of a visit even off season. The beach is big and sandy. Parking on the road is easy and seems safe.

Lovely garden. Liked having a kitchen to potter about in. Pool was nice to cool down in.
