Our two rooms were not together, despite booking a long time ago. Also, my children had a very disturbed night due to a romantic evening taking place in the room next to them!

We have been coming here for years and always enjoy our stay. Staff very nice in the comedor, evening entertainment is fun, nice pool and normally not a problem getting a bed. Food is good for the price. Wine is very reasonable.

Although the food was great the dining room was too packed and disorganised. Staff shortages were notable.The entertainment on Tuesday night was super.

The room was very comfortable and spacious although my preference would be a pool view. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the omelets were great.off course the pool was a great size and kept clean.

The food wasn't great. 1 day out of 3 was good. There wasn't much choice, but you get what you paid for :), so cannot complain, even with the breakfast and dinner included the overall stay was cheaper than booking an apartment.

The rooms were spacious, and the pool looked nice (was too cold to swim). The hotel is in front of the little beach but on the outskirts of the town. Breakfast was ok, however the same on all 3 days we were there.

Pool temperature in February wasn't to everyone's taste - I liked the 17 degrees C (tops) very much after a long drive though. Drink quality at the buffet is lacklustre: my hot chocolate from the machine was salty - the one sip I took almost ruined the whole breakfast.

Very nice hotel just a few steps from the beach. Very clean pool. Rooms are really spacious with a large porch (at least in the one we were in on the ground floor.

As soon as we entered the hotel, I had a good feeling about the place. It felt like a long established hotel which was well maintained with pride by the staff. We stayed half board and the food and dining area was pleasant. There was a large bar area and lovely looking pool area. We stayed in February and got a very good price for our room. I loved the location by the sea too. I would definitely return if in the area.

You need to consider how people access coffee tea etc at breakfast. As a vegetarian I was slightly put off by other guests placing ham and cheese in the toaster to cook. put me off using the toaster.

There was a good choice of food but it was basic. I did not enjoy the plastic mattress protector.

The location was brilliant right next to the beach. The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was a good size for 2 people with a sofa. The bathroom had a good shower. Parking on the street is good (out of season). A short walk, 10 minutes, to nearby bars and restaurants. The main town beach strip 40 minutes walk.

very comfortable room with a view - so much better than the apartment at Capistrano we abandoned. Very good meals, five course option served at a sensible hour of 7pm. Pool was impressive too and nice walks nearby along the coast.

The hotel was very clean ,the room was a very good size and the bed was very comfortable .The restaurant had a good selection of food .There was a nice big bar with comfortable seating .The spa was good and very reasonably priced.. The beach opposite the hotel was a very pretty bay .

The dining room was moved from the normal one upstairs to a lower floor to facilitate renovation, however the move didn’t go well for us and there were many to be made by staff which took them away from their prime responsibility. After three days though the all was okay. The evening entertainment was the same as when we visited in March this year, they really need to sort this out as there must be more than 10 entertainers in the area.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff are of the top order especially the ones in the bar and restaurant. The area is always clean and tidy.

We were given room 103 which was on ground floor near the reception and the noice in the room trough the front door as well as the terrace was very loud and disturbing and this till late night as well as early morning.

Very well maintained hotel with great facilities. Very nice pool area.

As this was my birthday as communicated, requested a bottle of cava and would pay for it but got nothing in our suite.

I liked the breakfast but cava should be a national gift. The room was exceptionally large and clean a junior suite. Please put water in the rooms, 2 small bottles per day for the stay duration. Toiletries a little lack luster,the mini one block of soap for hand washing? The staff were friendly and checking in was not laborious. Pool bar was great. Pool was clean. The rope yes we do not want people diving in, please remove the rope at the entrance of the pool.

We were expecting a room with a balcony as described when we made the reservation. Although we arrived early ( a few minutes before 14:00) we were given a room on 6th floor without a balcony. When we asked for a change, we were told the hotel was full and just offered a ground floor room with a balcony to the street, which we refused. We were told the balcony was based on availability at the time. This should be made clear at time of booking. As we checked in early it was hard to believe that a more reasonable change could not have been made. In the end the room was fine until the last night when a trail of ants appeared around half of the room!

The time of year we went was not too busy. It was clean. Plenty of space around the hotel to relax.
