The hotel is in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, good trails for walking and the old town are nearby. It’s very clean and staff were helpful and friendly.

In addition to being in the middle of an oak forest, the Villa Theresa restaurant is exceptional. The variety of items on the men< preparation, taste and the wine selection are propeled this hotel into the exceptional category.

Everything was very good. Big, comfortable, quiet and nice room with big beds. Clean bathroom. Parking. Not all members of the stuff speak English but it was not a problem. Good breakfast. I reccomend this place for visit Estonia (National Parks eg. Lahemaa 0.5 hour but also Alutaguse - 1 hour).

On both nights of the weekend, the accommodation was at a party, so we slept badly. On both mornings, an early rise

There is almost nothing to point out, even there would be a little thing, the good is overweighting it 🙂 the only I would mention is some bulbs blinking (stroboscoping) lights, but this is an easy thing to fix.

Very nice place, very kind stuff. Very tasty food at the restaurant, very good cook! Perfect location, beautiful surrounding. Very recommend.

I loved my room at Villa Theresa, it had beautiful large windows facing a little oak grove. The room also featured a very nice and comfortable arm chair and its own water cooker and tea supplies. The bed was fatastic, I slept very well. Hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast is awesome. I highly recommend this hotel and if I come back to the area, Villa Theresa will be my first choice!

This hotel is in quite tricky building, so try to start your visit from the main entrance, not parking entrance.

We were surprised how good this stay was. Breakfast was amazing, very wide variety of food and they also have great coffee. Super friendly staff.

So many great things about this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfy, the sauna was lovely, the breakfast spread was impressive and there are nice trails right across the street.

Our room had some minor flaws but nothing worth mentioning.

It's a really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast had plenty of gluten free options but no GF bread nor GF cereal/granola/pastries so need to bring your own if you require.

1) Great location for walking: oak park, cemetery (who likes such places) 2) Very good breakfast: tasty coffee, hot sausages, salads, fish, cake 3) Calm and peaceful hotel with cosy interier 4) TV, kettle, good shower 5) Thanks for the room in the corner - we asked the quite room and there is good view to the cemetery (really like it!), we heard only birds in the morning.

Though we arrived late( athens-frankfurt, frankfurt-talin, then train to rakveere), reception was there waiting for us( super bonus for a traveller), giving us all the informations asked for everything! Superb breakfast! We had room 25 with an enormous cornered window, giving us panoramic view of the snowey ground. Villa Theresa is located in a forest( 5euros by taxi from the town center). Its like a fairytale cabin. Clean, relaxing, calm! Thank you for your hospitality!

I travelled with my child and we stayed for 2 nights. It was nice and quiet place to stay. Beds were comfortabel. As it was hot outside it was good to have A/C. We liked our stay a lot :)
