We chose room with balcony what was a bad choise in winter - near balcony floor was cold.

Outside temperature -18°C. One night it was very cold to sleep in the junior suite room, air conditioning didn't manage to warm the room. The next day the room was changed to a different one with working air conditioning. So it was comfortable to sleep.

Breakfast, spa. The soundproofing was excellent. There was a dog show and some dogs stayed in rooms. And we almost didn't hear them.

The location, as it is a bit far from the main street which connects the beach area to the centre. The deco, as the hotel would deserve a bit of refurbishment and upscale regarding the furniture. The spa's options are quite limited if compared with other hotels in the same area.

the two-story room is clean, tidy, with amenities on each floor, overall we really liked it. the spa area is small but nice.

Pillows - I would advise changing them or adding more (two pillows per person). Some regulations in visiting the pool and Spa area would allow for avoiding overcrowding or inappropriate behaviour of children and their parents (e.g., jumping into the water just almost on the heads of other visitors). The policy of towels was also not very well thought out (you have to take the ones from your room and then ask for other towels in the reception - it seemed not very convenient).

Breakfast was delicious and with a variety of choices. On the 25th of December, there were additional tasty things (pasty, meat jelly). It was comfortably warm in the room. It was convenient that guests could visit the pool and Spa at any time during their working hours.

There shoud be number on keys from wardrobe. Because if someone forgot wich wardrobes door he or she had, then could look in yor keys number. Its actually the same for rooms number. This is just an idea from me:) Also, i don't know if you have wifi, because we didnt find a password. Except that, everything was amazing. Thanks

Not the hotels fault, but we went at a very busy time so there were lots of young family’s which we hadn’t anticipated. So we picked our spa times to avoid the crowd

Fantastic relax after visiting Lottemaa Theme Park. Great pool area for a child to swim.

Due to the holiday in Latvia the hotel was completely sold out. In such cases, I would recommend to extend the working hours of the SPA and breakfast time, because everything was overcrowded.

The temperature in the room seemed a little bit on the colder side, even with highest heat setting turned on. However, the Receptionist was super helpful and provided additional blankets, which were super comfy and warm. The SPA seemed too small for the big amount of guests over the weekend, it was very crowded.

Room had big windows with a great view of the sea. Complementary tea/coffee in the room is a nice touch, especially during the colder months of the year. The breakfast was very diverse and abundant. Smaller parking lot right in front of the Hotel and a bigger parking lot, right next to the Hotel (less than 5 minutes of walking from the furthest point of the parking lot). Entertainment options located quite close (about 10-15 minute drive, traffic was okay) - shopping malls, restaurants, indoor skate park.

We booked a room for 2 days to enjoy the SPA. And it was impossible to enjoy it as It was packed. It shouldn't be allowed so many people at the same time. I understand that hotel needs business but in those cases, maybe there should be different times to use it. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the quality wasn't what we paid for. It was really expensive for such a poor quality. (I am sorry to say this) Maybe someone else have better experience with the food. The room was clean when we arrived but it wasn't clean during our stay.

@SPA was so many people, need to wait to get in to sauna or jacuzzi. There was not enough space for breakfast either, you had to stand and wait for a table to become available.

In our room 105 bathroom was smelling by canteen I think near was kitchen.

Too small breakfast and pool area for so many people. In breakfast there was a lines, to some saunas also we needed to stay in line because it was too crowded. GYM was closed.
