One of the apartments bathroom had a bit broken showerhead. More electric sockets in the apartment would be nice. Especially in the bedroom.

Didn’t have a parking place in the yard for one night, but there were some free parking lots on the side of the street. So, no problems.

Very close to the center (1,2km from Ahha), very comfortable beds, everything was clean and tidy. Liked self check-in and out very much. Excellent communication with the owner.

In the bathroom was wrong kind of door frame. That frame doesn't intented for showers or other wet areas. And cause it was in the shower, it was absorbed a lot of moisture and was very discusting looking. Also the shower had a tiles only in 2 walls. Third wall was just painted and there was traces which looks like there can be incipient moisture damage. I would otherwise give a higher points for that accommodation but this details unfortunately were unpleasant. Also there was not any kind of knives except the dining knives.

Our room had not been cleaned due to a mistake, and when I called to staff they were so sorry and took care of it quickly. Mistakes happens for everyone and I really appreciated how fast the matter was handled. At same time we walked to the nearby Aparaaditehas to get some nice and cold drinks. So location is also great! We had a room without window and that was excellent choise for really hot and sunny day when there was about 30°C degrees in outside. Room was dark and cool and we slept very well there. In our room was stove and kettles so we made a easy dinner by ourselves. I really can choose that apartment again to our next trip to Tartu. Budget friendly prices and good place to stay.

Ventilation in room was quite poor. During our stay weather outside was quite hot. Windows in room do not open, there is no conditioning, only fan. It helped a little bit but it was still quite hot to sleep and some fresh air would be great.

Small parking lot densely packed.

The most comfortable bed I've slept in. The mattress was so soft that you didn't want to get out of it. Well-equipped kitchen. Large spaces. Thick walls so you couldn't hear other guests. Relatively close to the center on an interestingly built-up historic street.

Church bells on Sunday morning. But thats my fault I didn't searched if there is any church close to apartment.. :D Parking is a bit small, so we had to leave our car on the street on evening after driving to centre.

Great location, I liked the neighbourhood. Well equipped for one/two night stay.

There was no dishwashing liquid, a brush/sponge and a place to put the dishes to dry so that I could have washed the dishes during my stay. Otherwise the room was nice.

The location was perfect for me. Everything seemed pretty new and the room was tidy.

The only minus, was that the bathroom had a smell and we could not get rid of it.

I liked that it was not necessary to meet the hosts and it was easy to access the apartment and also check out. There were no keys but a door code which was very convenient. Also, the apartment has pleasant interior.

The parking lot was full when we arrived but we easily parked in the street (no fee on weekends). There could be more dishes and plates in the apartment.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, near the city centre but very quiet. Easy and comfortable self check-in / check-out.

I had to clean the hair out of the drain in the shower, due to the fact that the bathroom flooded when I had a shower.

Easy communication with the host and clear directions. Room was clean, spacious and well-located.

It's a nice go-to place to start if I need to stay over night in Tartu. Nothing is missing and also there is no extra stuff. Simple to stay for the night. One thing I couldnt find tho, a pot to make porrige in. The shop was close so it was allright.
