Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LithuaniaSecond day couldn't get into the room as the keys stopped working. Went to reception and seems they weren't able to charge my card from booking.com so instead of contacting me about it, they decided to cancel the keys. I paid in reception and everything was back to normal. Nobody asked if we need help bringing bags from car on check-in or vice versa on checkout. I guess it's a 5 star with no concierge service. Bed wasn't comfy, had back pain after.
On breakfast, they have a menu you can order from, besides the buffet. It's all included.

The room was clean and had a great view of the old town and of the beautiful sunset. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with very good options. The gym was fully equipped. The spa, including the pools and sauna were clean and well-maintained.

SlovakiaJust before I arrived I saw some offer from the hotel to upgrade my room for 41 EUR, so I took it, just to be surprised after my arrival that it was price for one night, so in the end I paid much more than expected, probably just did not read some small letters somewhere, so paid it without questioning, just it felt like I was a bit robbed. Also they are having in the room prepared for you this water and just next to it sweets in little jars, but they are also for extra price and not cheap, beware of it.
It was a very good choice, the hotel looks amazing, I had also very nice view over the city center from 18th floor room, the staff was very kind and helpful, food in the restaurants was really next level delicious. I also used often the spa area of the hotel, I worried it will be super crowded, but usually there were few people, so I felt alright and enjoyed. They were able to arrange even massage last moment and without any complaints, so that was super nice. Definitely a place to stay in Tallinn. Also it was super close to walk to the city center from the hotel and the neighbourhood looks nice (even though part of it are being reconstructed currently).

We have stay for one night at Radisson Collection hotel. Light, airy and very spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and even more: tea, coffee etc.

NorwayFor a 5 star hotel, I would expect to have following in a room: Complimentary drinking water on a daily basis Tooth brush Tooth paste Floss string Restaurant: Burgers were not great. Parking: Must go to reception before being able to get in to carpark. Expensive - 20 Euros per 24 hours. Can be a little confusing to find way out and back in. :) Check-in: I've noticed that it takes a long time for check in and check out. Personnel behind the desk spend a lot of time typing and clicking.
Great Staff, Great Spa, Great Cleanliness, Great Room. Pretty much everything was fantastic. I will definitely stay at the hotel next time I'm in Tallin and I will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone. I did mention a few things in 'What I didn't like', but they are more for information, personal preference, and in no way made my stay unpleasant.
