Room was clean and tidy. Nice bed and bed linen. Location in real center, so no need for any transportation means. Breakfast for reasonable price but nothing fency. 450 DKK for parking per day (special hotel price in nearby parking lot). We arrived by car Friday evening, so we place the car on the street and paid approx 330 DKK till Monday 08.00 (parking is free from Saturday 17.00 till Monday 08.00). Some nice places for eating in the nearest surrounding.

The room is very small, but this seems to be the standard for hotels in this price category. The bed and comforter/sheet was small (single size). I am tall, and this made it uncomfortable in the night.

The hotel is located in a very central area. Plenty of things to do around there as well as easy walk to the Metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions.

There was no daily cleaning of the room.

Location is top to reach all places for sightseeing in the city center. You can rent a bike as well. You can enjoy the breakfast in the hotel or eat outside. The hotel is clean and the facilities are new.

The shower was small. Just to wash my hair I kept bumping my elbows against the edges of the tubular shower. The shower soap also didn't smell great.

The breakfast was mediocre and lacked variety. Additionally, the service at the front desk was less than welcoming, which was disappointing. Overall, while the hotel has many strengths, there is room for improvement in hospitality and dining options.

The hotel is ideally located, providing easy access to local attractions and very close to the metro, which makes exploring the city a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant retreat after a day out.

Breakfast was crowded and the number of staffs were not many enough, some of tables were remained not cleaned up even many guests were looking for tables to use.

By considering its good balance of price, facility and location, I will surely use this hotel again. Location was great, convenient to reach sightseeing spots on foot. Room facility was at minimum but sufficient. A window in my room was openable, it was also charm point. Breakfast was not great but good enough considering its price.

The shower area within my room was quite small and would be quite awkward to use comfortably for people only a little wider than me. The bathroom sink's tap only just reached the edge of the sink so might cause problems for people with sore backs, or limited movement

This Wakeup hotel is centrally located in Copenhagen, within 20 minutes walking-distance of most of the cool, interesting and picturesque sights we wanted to visit. The optional breakfast, costing just under £11, was excellent but clearly very popular with fellow hotel guests. This meant it was difficult to get around the various breakfast options (between 9-10am at the weekend) but that was rectified by 2nd and 3rd trips to the various stations and the staff were always refilling them. The bed was extremely comfortable, with plenty of plug sockets around the room.

The mattress was not soft enough, too thin. The breakfast was poor for the price, would be better if scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage were offered.

Location was excellent. The reception person was good (Pami) and Lovelyn in the breakfast room was fantastic and helpful and always had a smile on her face.

The hotel is large with many rooms and the reception area, social areas, elevators etc were crowded (on a Friday evening). The rooms are designed for compact living, which may not fit everyone.

Located in the very tourist center of Copenhagen. Close to bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms are small by designed for 'compact living', For two adults it was perfect. Clean, modern, practical and functional. A great place to stay if you want to experience the center of Copenhagen day or night.
