Difficult to find. Car park was up 1-1/2 flights of stairs from the lodging and food was in a separate building. All entrances were by key coded and there seemed to be no staff around to assist if there was a problem. No deadbolt on the door and no safe in the room. Bathroom sink was automatic faucet with cold water only. Shower had shampoos and conditioner dispenser but conditioner side didn’t work.

It was interesting. Great breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

I did not get the access code before arriving and making the check in stressful. Parking is good but with lots of stairs to access it. Breakfast at over 100 meters away is a hassle. Breakfast is just ok lacking honey and some cakes. Coffee machine with bad Coffee

The location is not optimal, especially without a car in rainy days but worth it. No coffee or tea in the room... not even water bottle .. Considering the price, these could be included.

Cold water in room is warm, so have to keep going out to get drinking water. No coffee machine in my room.

Nice quiet hotel with a perfect check in procedure using pin codes. Makes it very fast and everything was paid up front. Breakfast is in a comfortable setting with good options.

Nicely renovated old military barracks. Comfortable clean room with good size bath room and good size coach (so you don't have to lay on your bed once in the room). Perfect breakfast.

Location near the Alesund in walking distance to main attractions on the waterfront. Easy check-in and check-out procedure as long as you have smartphone and great number memories for the access code.

Just wish there were tea/coffee facilities in the room or available in the shared spaces. Breakfast was fine but in a different block which did have easy access but it would be good to know this in advance.

The hotel is a converted military training centre I think. We were given a key code to the room in advance and only needed to register the car at check in. Room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony to see the water. Little walk into Sonderborg but fine and a pleasant walk.

There was nothing I disliked about this hotel

The room was exceptionally clean and modern. Everything is basically very close / within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and served in the next building. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to return again soon.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky. I got lost to the parking lot on the hill instead as the sign tricked me (it says to the hotel instead of to the hotel's parking lot).

Spacious room and well furnished. The hotel is very quiet in general and located just a few minutes away from the riverbank. The check-in is seemless (automated) which is hassle-free.

the mattress is too hard so the first 2 night it is ok but after that you can feel that it is to hard .
