Rooms pretty compact and shower is very small - bathroom is a wet room really. But still enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for one night, just had a bit of complications understanding where the key had been left out when we had arrived late at night! But just a reminder to check your booking.com messages! But other than that, excellent for one night stay would recommend. Clean amenities and comfy bed and pillows!!!

The property is in a great location. Only a few minutes from the railway and metros. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little soft for our liking.

A lovely little hotel, with great personal touches. The staff who checked us in and organised the breakfast bag were so lovely. We think the breakfast was a great idea. Really high quality produce and just enough. Sometimes, the bountiful breakfast buffets just drip food, so much is probably wasted. Easy walk from the train station and to so many of Copenhagen's beautiful sights and places. Great size bathroom with a bath. Yeah!!

We only had one pillow each which alright comfy when stacked with another, not so comfy on its own so we could have done with another pillow each.

The staff were super friendly all the time and luckily when we arrived it was wine hour. Our room although. A little rough around the edges was very clean and exactly what we needed for our short stay. Our flights got cancelled and we had to stay another night, when we called from the airport they were very helpful in booking us another room and very quick to get us checked back in so we could relax for the night.

It was a little on the pricey side but Copenhagen in general is so can't really expect it to be much cheaper

This is an older hotel, and it shows. Just set your expectations appropriately. The rooms are small, as one would expect for an urban hotel. Again, set your expectations. I would stay here again if the price was right.

The hotel is close to the main train station and Tivoli Gardens and a short walk to Nyhavn and other sites. Everything was clean, but a bit aged, as this is an older hotel. The breakfast is adequate if you are there for business or on the go. The free wine (small pours) was a nice plus.

Not the cleanest, under our mattress topper there was lots of hair, and carpet wasn’t very clean. Breakfast on offer wasn’t worth the price.

Very good location, especially for the half marathon. Lovely staff, there were all so welcoming and friendly, even when we arrived late Friday night. Bikes available at a cost.

Our room was quite small and didn't at all live up to the images on the website. The wall between our bathroom and the one next door it so thin that we could hear our neighbors use the pump for the hand soap There's nowhere to store anything in the bathroom. There are towel hooks, but nowhere to hang your clothes while you're taking a shower

The rooms were super basic, mattress was uncomfortable and the bathroom had wet floor that flooded which meant you couldn’t use the toilet once you had a shower.

It was a little noisy from other guests closing their doors.

The hotel lobby was modern & beautifully styled. Loved the wine hour each day! Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly & very helpful. Location was excellent!
