Great light filled room and the shower was one of the best we’ve ever encountered. Roomy and well appointed. Rooms were always cleaned early and staff very helpful. Great location also.

Checking in was not the best experience. The staff took my phone number to let me know when the room will be ready, he never reached out to me. The staff mixed my luggage with my sister luggage and have to call couple of times till they found it. The room I was upgraded to was not the best but they took me back to my original room I booked. The shower head was revolving made the water from the shower go in the room. And the last night the AC was making a huge sound which made me turn it off but there is no windows in the room which made it kind of warm.

Our room didn't have an openable window, sometimes we missed the fresh air, but the room was perfect for us.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The main attractions are also accessible on foot. The breakfast has a wide variety and quality. The staff is very helpful.

One of our mattresses and a pillow had what looked like dried blood stains. When we reported this to reception, they promptly changed our rooms so well done to them. Generally speaking, room cleaning could have been better.

For a five star hotel I would expect that for a room for two people there would be two chairs. A second chair was provided on request but it was not as good as the one already in the room.

Breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant were both very good. The promixity to the Metro for getting in from the airport was very good and it was only a short walk from the train station.

Location, room size and view over the city. Able to park my tall vehicle directly outside the hotel by main door in a secure place. Great bar service and selection of wines.

Stayed there 4 days and the breakfast offer never really changed. Also the range of food choices was not great for that kind of price.

The bed was pretty firm (but sleeping on an extra comforter helped that), and you could hear some noise from the hallways. Room cleaning started while we were sleeping, so use your do not disturb sign.

GREAT location, very central to attractions, and transit. Extremely clean. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom.

the receptionist who check me in to the hotel is not helping. i have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights through booking.com and stated requested for connecting room for my sons. But when i arrived the reception told me that the connecting room is not available and asked me to accept the rooms provided by her. But when i move to the room, my son insists of having connected rooms. so he call the other receptionist himself and managed to get the connected rooms. Alhamdulillah. Thank you

Everything about this hotel is outstanding …. Superb breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, very child friendly, gorgeous rooms (we had corner rooms with fabulous views of the canal). If I am returning to Copenhagen, this is the hotel I will be staying in.
