We loved everything. Lalandia is a child paradise and the adults can enjoyed it too. A present Lego waited for the children in the house. We had to leave the house very early (4.a.m) with 10 year old triplets and we forgot to put bed linens and towels into the bags. We feel sorry.

Bugs in the bed ( silver warm) and lack of bedding, despite of me phoning in advance requesting the bedding. Reception or service centre as they call it- is not open in the evening so you’re kind of left to your own devices. I notified office about the bugs and they quickly send someone with a ‘special’ spray. Having said so first night was spent without covers … on the bed with bugs :/

Pillows would be nice change.... (Their condition after multiple washing wasn't pleasant for using ) A bit thin walls, was easy to hear neighbours... Otherwise cool place.

Good location. Big house with all what u may need during stay. Nice that we where able use LALANDIA'S water park for free during stay... The monkey park was more for younger kids, but also free access. Employers in information room very friendly and always tried help. Thx for wonderful time.

All this hasle that you have to carry your sheets and towels and even dishwasher liquid. And they even dont sell minipackages in lalandia grocery

Some of the houses are just plain too far from administration, our house was like 1km+ away which could be fine if we were with car, but without car it's inconvenient even with the trains, especially assuming you have to carry the linen bags with you. So with tired kids after flight it's not easy. Would be much better if that could be arranged upfront and already in room just like in any other hotel. Also area during nighttime is closed thus it's complicated to get taxi to the house. Otherwise I'm fully recommending.

Great location for Legoland / Lego house. Nice amenities. Waterpart and Monky Tonky playground included in price. Train between central building and rooms. Lots and lots of outdoor activities for kids.

Paying separately for linen and towels and also for spent energy and water. You need to make your beds. Pillows could be better.

It is a paradise for kids. Aquadome is amazing, and Legoland is 5 minutes walk. Besides that in Lalandia there are many other activities like skating, bowling, mini golf. In complex you also have nice restaurants and artificial sky was interesting to see. Houses are very spacious and clean with private parking. Comfortable and perfect to enjoy

The beds weren’t very comfortable and bedding was thin - definitely pack your own pillows!! There was also construction work right at the back of our lodge which we hadn’t been made aware of prior to our stay. It wasn’t a cheap holiday and was a bit noisy and intrusive while trying to sit and enjoy some time out looking over to a bunch of workmen and massive construction deliveries etc

It was a great set up, the lodge was great and the aqua park was fantastic for the kids.

Swimming pool doesn't use chlorine for environmental reasons which meant the water wasn't very clean and green sludge was building up around the edges. The bottom of the pools were dirty too.

Rooms were a great size with more than enough space. The park was very well maintained, clean and tidy. Food on site was very good and the supermarket was well stocked at reasonable prices. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

The lodge was situated in nice parkland and it was lovely and quiet. It had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The facilities on the park were excellent and kept our young boys happy. Just a five minute bus ride from the airport, and Legoland just over the road.

Nearby restaurant options are all buffets due to being geared towards Legoland guests. Taxis are expensive so we walked to a restaurant in Billund centre which took around 30 mins.

Fantastic base for Legoland which I walking distance across the road. Everything is super clean and there are loads of activities including the water park which was really good.

I didn’t have a car and I had to literally buy everything for the house, soap etc and I also had to pay for the electricity and rent bedsheets. That is the home cottage concept.

I am not used with the home cottage concept and the house was very well equipped and bigger than the one I live. I really appreciated the early check in. Even though the house was around 1km from Lalandia there was a lovely train every 30 minutes to get there. There are a LOT of activities for the kids. It’s possible to us the pool before check in and after check out

Waterpark could have been a couple of degrees warmer

The waterpark was amazing, so was the softplay. Our cottage was very roomy and warm. It had everything we needed for our stay. The train service between lalandia and cottages is also a nice added touch, especially as we didn't travel there with a car.

There were a lot of activities and plenty of dining options. We really appreciated the baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs in the holiday home, very helpful with young children!
