You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location, close to the kite spot. The apartment fulfils the basic needs. I initially booked the wrong room type, but the hotel was very helpful in changing the booking.

FinlandThis hotel could be marketed as an authentic 1960's experience, and it is a pity that it is not. We could easily have missed this, we chose this as it was the only reasonable option in Rømø for our time of visit. It almost seems that the staff is sorry for the facilities provided. No reason for that, as long as the marketing is in line with existing. The hotel will be changed into holiday apartments, so visit this 1960-modern beachfront hotel as long as you can!
This turned out to be a rare visit to a holiday in the 1960's (the time of my childhood, that is). Then brand new hotel was designed by famous Danish architects Friis & Moltke, to provide modern holiday experience. This has been carefully kept, maybe not intentionally. But good luck for us! For me this was however far more interesting than visiting one of the similar chain hotels. The bathroom is and looks like one from the 1960's and there are few electric outlets to charge one's phones, but that is part of the package. The breakfast is served in the restaurant, apart from that the restaurant is open only on weekends.
