The pool and adjacent locker rooms were rather dirty, staff was giving conflicting messages about facilities and breakfast looked like it was some party leftovers sitting there for at least a week.

The cabin was cozy.

Old hotel. Not well maintained. It is quite expensive but they don’t provide the bed linens and there is no options on that area for accommodation. When we arrived we had to pay extra for the bed linens and wasn’t there anyway. We had to call twice for reminding and only in the evening they provided.

It has a game room for kids.

The old summerhouse old part is indeed the old part, kitchen is workable if you can overlook old wear and tear and years of whatever that comes with it. The house seems to be used to store all leftover chairs, sofa's, (side-)tables etc making it hard to walk through. With all the windows open all the time, the air in the house was fresh enough... The television had one channel that worked about 40 seconds before you had to restart it, the double bed in the old house is ready for replacement as is the bathroom with dark brown tiles that help to not see the dirt. As the dirty cleaning materials were also stored in the bathroom the smell made the sanitary status clear. The terras is starting to fall apart with holes in the flooring. Paid for everything at the start of our stay as was stated in the booking information and asked if anything needed to be sorted before an early leave the day before our departure, on handing in the keys we were asked to pay for electricity. Staff remained very professional but it took quite a while to sort it out with our side having to provide proof.

The old summerhouse is conveniently located away from the hotel and the camping in a sort of out of the way corner. It has a big (relative to the house) terras, partly under the roof, with a green view. Staffer that helped us at the check in and check out very professional and polite. The summerhouse new part is a 2 person bedroom that is eclectically done, although with too much furniture stuffed in.

Staff had problems producing an invoice on our company name. Messaging them through booking.com still hasn’t led to the right result. When we complained about the fact that we had wifi but no internet access we were called to come to the reception as we did not understand hoe to use our own devices. Then we were told it did work, but it didn’t. We gave up and used our hotspots . The free breakfast was terrible, it reminded me of Eastern Germany before 1990. We skipped it the second day. There is no option to leave it out when you book the room. Staff was not really helpful. But we had a good time anyway, because we could be self sufficient.

The room had a well equipped kitchenette. The swimming pool amidst all the rooms is nice but chilly.

The room was old, along with the old smell and not very clean. Way too expensive for what you get. The pool was a little on the cold side for what is classed as wellness.

The only reason I scored this 5 out of 10 was because of the indoor pool and fitness room

We had a cabin which was completely different to the hotel. No other guests were staying in them and we know why. Expensive to begin with then charged for linen and electricity. Cabin was small, outdated and more flys inside than outside. Poorly maintained, rotten decking and plugs upstairs didnt work. A large warning charge for not washing up is a joke as most of the utility utensials needed to be thrown out.

Restaurant was open. Leaving in morning in one piece was a relief.

First of all hard to find the breakfast - some signs would be nice. Breakfast was poor - not so much to choose from. Preper for windy conditions at this place.

We did not like the mouse droppings and various dead bugs in the bed. The cleaning was - obvious from the former - non-existing. The hut could not become warm enough and should not be rented out in the winter.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property appear very worn, furniture and buildings. The staff have no language skills at all, except 1 polite young male receptionist. First, last and only visit to this place.

The room was not ready when we arrived at 16.30 and was not ready until 18.30. The check in and organsiation was disorganised and staff seemed to have no clue what they were doing. The room was dirty and there were left over food and garbage from previous visitors. The evening meals were very expensive and very poor. For example one meal was to be taken from a buffet but there was nothing left of the meal ordered. We asked if they could provide more but they said no. This was at 19.30 so not late at night. In the we had to pick left overs from other meals at the buffet to make up a plate of food. Breakfast was poor quality and did not reflect the cost of the B&B rate.
