Everything was great, the hotel & the facilities, the room, the breakfast and the location. I would recommend it and if i ever visit Copenhagen again, i will most likely, stay at Hotel Kong again. The room was clean and spacious, the bed very comfortable, the lobby was superb in terms of decoration and style and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is highly recommend it also.

The airflow level, was always stuffy. Not sure if ot could be corrected. I think it's a country thing & not a hotel thing. I like air conditioning.

The facility was beautiful & clean. The staff was amazing, exceeded any service we have ever had in the U.S. "Fun" hour was a good way to relax in the lobby with a drink and mingle.

Well it was the hottest weather they have had in Copenhagen this year. No air conditioning however the windows open for a delightful breeze and fans were available in the rooms

The only negative to our experience was our room, 690. It had a sloping wall above the bed that made getting out of bed potentially harmful. My husband bumped his head painfully more than once. We considered asking for a different room but by the time we realized what a problem it was going to be, we had only a short time left and didn't want to have to waste any of it packing and moving. I'd request a room on a lower floor if I ever were to return. But this was the only negative in an otherwise overwhelmingly positive experience.

The setting was so peaceful and lovely, with its several charming outdoor spaces, it was easy to forget we were right in the city center. There were several attractive and comfortable areas in which to lounge, and there was a bar handy for drinks from water and coffee to wine and liquors and for snacks. The breakfast buffet had a multitude of offerings to satisfy everyone's tastes, from waffles to Danish standards, with juices and fresh fruits, breads of all kinds, lunch meats and cheeses, sweet rolls and salads, etc. Staff, to a person, was always cheerful, helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Only the bathroom is not ideal, as you always get everything wet when showering and there is no holder for soap or the like.

The stay at the hotel was very nice. The hotel is excellently located in the city centre. The staff are very friendly and courteous. We had booked the hotel without breakfast because we went to brunch in the neighbourhood, which has many options. But we had a look at the breakfast and it was very good with many options. The room is reasonably large and quiet. Otherwise the hotel is fabulous

Lovely Danish designed property. Extremely friendly youthful staff who went out of their way to accommodate and provided excellent service. Happy hour was such a hive of activity as people enjoyed a drink on the house.

A period hotel but thoroughly modernised. Smart decor. Friendly, happy, relaxed, efficient staff, and plenty of them. Free drinks at "Cozy Hour" was a nice touch. A great place to come back to at the end of a busy day. Breakfast was not cheap but there was lots on offer and it was all good.

Ideal central location near to metro stop from airport and close to lots of attractions. Staff friendly and attentive. Lovely boutique hotel which is very comfortable. Bedroom was spacious and a nice place to rest and recuperate after long days sightseeing

The room was very nice and spotless and well equipped, although a bit small. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options. The location is excellent for walking.
